In late 1991, immediately after finishing high school, Logan Coffey enlisted in theUnited States Army and the story of the Tactical Tailor began. His first assignment sent him

to Schofield Barracks, Hawaii as part of the 1st Brigade, 25th Infantry Division. Training in

the steep hills and gulches of Oahu immediately showed Logan that his army issued gear was

incredibly uncomfortable and impractical.

Realizing that most of his issued gearwas nearly identical to what had been used in

the Vietnam War, Logan made it his personal

mission to modify his issued gear to meet his own

standards. He believed that the best army in the

world should have the best equipment available.

After quickly wearing out his first sewing machine, he was able to purchase a second

hand industrial sewing machine to expand his capabilities. He began modifying, designing

and building gear for him and his fellow soldiers. By this time, Logan had become a sniper inhis battalions scout platoon which allowed him to test his modifications and new designs in a

harsh, real world environment.

After a few years of this, his barracks room had

transformed from a living space to a workshop.

He had acquired two industrial sewing machines

and dozens of small rolls of fabric were wedged

into every available space. Logans specialties

were rucksack modifications and ghillie suits buthe also started building bags and packs of his own

design. This side job quickly consumed all his

spare time.

Five years passed and Logans second enlistment in the Army was coming to an end.

He decided to turn his personal mission into a public business and left the Army after almost

six years. In 1998, Tactical Tailor was born.

For more than twelve years, Tactical Tailorhas evolved into the successful business it is

today. We have grown from a one man hobby

to a strong manufacturing company employing

more than 150 talented people. We are proud to

continue what Logan started so many years ago,

following his vision of providing the highest

quality, 100% AMERICAN MADE products to

those who protect our freedom.

Tactical Tailor is a US based manufacturer of high

quality nylon tactical gear focused on providing practical,

well designed and up to date tactical gear for military and

law enforcement personnel worldwide. Our warehouse,

production and distribution facility, located in Lakewood,

Washington, is staffed with experts in every field relating

to the design, production and sale of quality, Americanmade tactical gear.

Tactical Tailor employs only the most

experienced designers, sewers and assembly line

personnel. Operating the highest quality equipment,

from sewing machines to automated cutting tables,

allows us to expedite the manufacturing process while

still maintaining a high degree of precision. From

assembly to final inspection, our production team is there

to ensure you recieve only the highest quality products.

Our on-site machine shop and design facility uses CNC

machines and 3D CAD programs to provide us the ability

to rapidly go from design to prototype. We save valuable

time and maintain complete quality control by keeping

these operations in-house instead of contracting out to a

third party

We are able to produce our own plastic products

on the premises using three robotically assisted

Sumitomo injection molding machines. Items such as

our patented MALICE CLIPS and Hardcase line are

made right here in factory. Keeping operations like this

in-house helps to keep our costs down and quality high.

In order to keep our production facilities running

at full speed, we maintain a large supply of raw materials on site. Enough to be able to meet even the largestcustomer demands. This is just one more reason why you

can depend on Tactical Tailor to reliably meet deadlines.

Finally, our distribution center personnel are hard at work

fulfilling orders ranging from individual internet sales to

large scale government contracts. However big or small

your order may be, customer satisfaction is the primary

goal at Tactical Tailor.

The recently remodeled Tactical Tailor Retail

Store is conveniently located close to Joint Base

Lewis-McChord. Our experienced sales staff is

there to help you find the Tactical Tailor gear you

need. At this location, you will also find a large

variety of other manufacturers items that arent

available online or in our catalog.

At the same location, our Custom Shop

personnel can help you repair or modify your

gear or even design a new piece of kit to your

specifications. Our custom sewers will use

their knowledge and experience to ensure that

whatever comes out of our custom shop will

meet the needs of the real world user.

Also at our retail store, our embroidery

department can create custom name tapes, badges,

hats or a variety of other items with your name or

military or law enforcement logo. We utilize the

latest high-tech digitizing software and computer

controlled multi-head embroidery machines to

bring your designs to life.

The Tactical Tailor Retail Store truly is a one stop shop for your tactical gear needs. Be sure

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Items sent back for return or exchange must be received

within 30 days from the date the items were shipped andbe in new, unused condition. All returns or exchanges

must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice unless priorarrangements are made. Shipping and handling charges are

non-refundable and a 20% restocking fee may be applied.

When sending your rucksack to us for modification, DO NOT send you rucksack frame or other accessories. Whilewe will make every effort to return any items sent to us with your rucksack, Tactical Tailor will not be held responsiblefor any lost or damaged items.

It is very important that you send your rucksack to us as clean as possible as dirty gear can damage our sewingmachines. Excessively dirty rucksacks will be returned to the customer to be cleaned before the modifications will bedone. Please be sure to wash your rucksack before shipping it.

When shipping your rucksack, we strongly recommend that a trackable shipping method is used. Tactical Tailor willnot be held responsible for any items that are lost in transit.

Rucksack modifications can take up to 4 weeks to complete. This does not include shipping time. Please planaccordingly when sending your rucksack to us. Also remember that we cannot be held responsible for delays duringshipping.
