Current Uses• Three Facebook pages cover redevelopment efforts

and special events• Other specialized online sites such as

airshowbuzz.com

Future• Proposed future uses of social media

– Twitter• We will have an “official tweeter” at the air show• Real time announcements directed at interested audience

– iphone and ipad aps• Local companies have produced aps for local tourist

destinations• Possible uses include:

– Direct users to tenant businesses and ticket web sites for special events

– Real time couponing options available for tenant restaurants and hotels
