Dawson Health and Human Resources Center 1st presenter: Shiela Martina TIME: 9:30 a.m. Shiela Martina is a storyteller from Walterboro, S.C. She recently wrote and published a children’s book ti- tled “Hannah and Dexter: The First Meeting.” 2nd presenter: Wes Moore TIME: 11 a.m. Wes Moore is an author, youth advocate, Army combat veteran, businessman and nonprofit leader. Heis com- mitted to helping young people redirect their lives and supporting the parents, teachers, mentors and volun- teers who care for and work with our nation’s youth. A portion of his proceeds from the sales of “The Other Wes Moore” are being donated to the U.S. Dream Academy and City Year. There will be several local authors participating in the book fair.
