Purpose
• First developed at MGHS in 2006 to tie a number of programs already running.
• The school will effectively support all students in their post-school planning through appropriate subject choice and the development of employability skills.
• Encourage students to be active in their transition planning.

Staff Involvement from implementation of the program inc WE, options programs, school to work logs etc
Term 2 2011 - School to Work team spoke to staff at SDD about our transition planning for all girls.
• Incorporating STW into teaching Programs• Quality Teaching – connectedness• Region PP Presentations for each KLA• E-me Demonstration to staff as a tool in the classroom to

• DEC Student Pathways feedback
• Term 2 – PRIDE/Roll Call time designated to Pathways to the Future (3 X 25min each week)
