Gillette-Campbell County The airport is looking into implementing a CFC in the near future and 10% of gross for both Avis and Hertz car rental agencies. Also the airport is looking at charging off-airport car rental company Enterprise an airport access rate.

Jackson Hole On airport rental cars pay 10% of gross or a minimum annual guarantee based on their bids, whichever is greater. Rapid City Regional Airport Express Shuttle - 5% of gross $12,000 MAG. West Yellowstone Operating season is from 1 June to 30 September each year.

Yampa Valley Advertising rates vary with size of display, lighting. and location. Rates vary from $260 per month above the baggage belt to $60 per month for unlighted hold room displays. On-airport parking is available for $7.00 per day or $1000 per year.

Ralph Wenz Field The landing fee rates are: $40 per jet aircraft, $30 per turbo prop aircraft and very light jets and $25 per helicopter. The FBO staff does the credit card transactions for the landing fees.

Rawlins Municipal We just started charging FBO fees on turbo props and jet aircraft if no fuel is purchased. Rock Springs-Sweetwater County We charge $0.85 per 1,000lbs for landing fees for scheduled service (such as air freight) or anything over 12,500lbs. Billings Logan International Airport owns four separate corporate hangars of different size and different monthly rental amounts. Airport owns four hangars in a common building in the business park. Each hangar is 4,000 sq. ft.

Gillette-Campbell County The corporate hangars are rented to the FBO as part of the FBO's aggregate lease agreement and the amount ($650) shown are estimated monthly fees.

Powell Municipal All t-hangars are under one roof and approximately three yrs old. Box Hangars are new (under construction now). Rent for T-Hangars is $0.12/sq. ft./mo and for box hangars is $0.30/sq. ft./mo.

Ralph Wenz Field The airport owns two hangars. The box hangar is leased to an individual for his personal aircraft and the corporate group hangar is leased to the FBO. All other hangars at the airport are owned by the tenants, who have ground leases with the Airport Board.

Rawlins Municipal "City Hangar" is Quonset style. Flat fee per aircraft built in late 30's, more of a corporate style.

Rock Springs-Sweetwater County

The T Hanger rates vary from sunny side to shadow side due to snow melting. We have three box hangers and each has a different negotiated rate. The corporate group 1 hanger is our GA terminal hanger and the rate is based on size of aircraft. Rates are as follows: Single: $38 daily/ $118 monthly; light twin: $72 daily/$135 monthly. The corporate group 2 hanger is a shared hanger with one dedicated spot for Air Med with hanger and office space for 600 then as follows: light single: $67 daily/$315 monthly; turbo prop single or piston twin: $82 daily/$525 monthly; turbo prop twin $98 daily/$595 monthly; light jet $150 daily/$700 monthly; medium jet $175 daily/$875 monthly

Roundup Private hangar owner’s annual lease for the ground space is required for their hangar. $.025/sq. ft. Commercial Hangars annual rate is $.05/sq. ft. South Big Horn County County hangar currently not under rent or lease. Telluride Regional We charge by the airplane's footprint. Thermopolis Municipal We have eight T hangars and three corporate hangars. Torrington Municipal Three hangers were built by individuals who lease ground and will revert to city owned.

Gillette-Campbell County The only non-aeronautical leases the airports have are to two car rental companies, and one independent company. Greeley-Weld County Also have oil and gas lease for drilling of airport-owned land. Airport receives royalties depending upon vertical or directionally drilled wells, etc. Laramie Regional Commercial Non-Aeronautical the Airport pays utilities. Brigham City Total coverage is $20 Million, $5770 total premium Camp Guernsey Insurance for Airport office building, main hangar and all t-hangars covered under blanket limit with the Town of Guernsey - all properties. Cokeville Municipal General government liability Gallatin Field Other: Auto insurance: Limit = actual value of the vehicle, Crime Directors, Officers Insurance and Law Enforcement Gillette-Campbell County Total annual premium covers all those listed in the survey, and the airport has no deductible expense. Hulett Municipal The airport is covered under the government liability pool. Jackson Hole Bodily injury is included in both Airport Liability and Property. Hangar Keepers is included in Airport Liability.

Laramie Regional Our Liability coverage - $25,000 annual premium - includes hangar keepers and premises liability. The hangar keepers is $3,000,000 each aircraft and $5,000,000 each occurrence.

Powell Municipal The annual premiums are the Airport’s percent of the total City premium. Bodily injury is covered under General Airport Liability. Ralph Wenz Field The annual insurance premium is $3,218 for all coverage’s. Rapid City Regional Bodily injury and property damage combined

Rawlins Municipal Our airport is insured by local government self insurance pool. Monty Faier is our connection for questions and may help you with this. I, as an FBO, also carry hangar keepers liability for the 60X86 Quonset liability.

Rigby-Jefferson County City takes care of the insurance. Roosevelt Municipal Grouped with city insurance. Roundup Other: Product Liability/ Conoco Philips Sheridan County Airport belongs to the general county Insurance Policies.

Thermopolis Municipal The total policy coverage limit is $1,000,000. The County also has insurance coverage which would include the airport. We carry insurance for what the county requires. The evaluation for this year's insurance is in the process.

Thomas Memorial We are insured trough the government liability pool Torrington Municipal City has airport insurance Townsend Sorry don't have that information available at this time Vance Brand Airport is self insured thru city West Yellowstone State of Montana owns West Yellowstone and umbrellas the airport within its insurance
