• Over 80 NFP groups participated in 2011.

• Over $1,400,000 was donated during the 2011-2012 season.

• Donations are based on group attendance and sales generated.

• Over 700+ volunteers participate during an NFL football game.

• Typical season includes:• 10 NFL games• 5 GSU football• 3 Chik-Fil-A bowl games• Monster Truck• Supercross• Major Concerts• Plus band competitions, high

school football, PBR and many more.

• Come dressed black pants and shoes, shirt and hat provided

• Abide by Levy grooming standards

• Full compliance to stadium guidelines and policies

• Must be 17 years or older to volunteer

• Permanent Concession Stands• Over 50 locations at the Dome

• 12 – 42 volunteers needed• Food, beverage and alcohol sales• Limited cooking required• Donation range $500.00 – $3000.00

• Portable Carts• Over 70 locations at the Dome

• 3 – 7 volunteers needed• Food, beverage and alcohol sales• Usually no cooking required• Donation range $200.00 – $1000.00

The donation given to your organization is largely based on the SALES you generate at each event.

SALES are determined by Goods Out of Stock

Inventory counting is used to determine GOS.

Starting Count – Ending Count = GOS

Sales adjustments will be made for spoilage (broken or unsellable items)

• 5% of net non-alcohol sales• 3% of net alcohol sales

• Discretionary

• 0 – 6% of net non-alcohol sales• 0 – 5% of net alcohol sales

• Select locations will have a staffing bonus

• Certain locations will receive an additional bonus Volunteer minimum for location must be met Number of volunteers

• A bank will be issued for each location.• Banks will be issued at:

• Gate “A” for major events• Main Cash Room for other events

• Only authorized group representatives are allowed to check out banks.

• To check out a bank:• Must leave government issued ID • Must have “bank Card” for the location

• Email will be sent for authorized users

• Cash will be picked up from your location by Cash Control team member and Georgia State Trooper escort.

• There will be at least two pickups per event.

• First pickup - drop all $20 bills and higher

• After half time leave $60 in draws, drop remaining money in Cash Room

• Drop coins, coupons at end of event
