7:00 p.m. -Culling of steers & heifers

10:30 a.m. -4-H Program begins with Conformation classes

- 4-H Showmanship classes

- Judge – Jeff Scott, Drumbo, Ontario

12:00 NOON -Celebrity Showmanship

1:00 p.m. -Official Opening of Show

7:00 p.m. -Reception followed by Awards Banquet at the Howard Johnson Dutch Inn, North River. Bring perpetual trophies to the Awards Banquet.

Friday, March 16st

12:30 p.m. -Buyers’ Reception

1:00 p.m. -Official Opening of Sale

4:00 p.m. -Clean-up of facility. Note: all exhibitors are expected to assist

To ensure further security, neck ties are mandatory for the tie-up of animals. Notes:

It is requested that farm signs be used.

To assist with the writing of the announcer’s script on sale day, exhibitors are requested to provide a

couple of sentences about the farm, steer, or 4-H member. Please email information to Carolyn at
