DESCRIPTION

Set of guidelines for participation in the 2012 event which has returned for its eighth year as Georgia’s leading environmental, music and arts festival. The event brings together over 65,000 patrons annually and we are looking to secure like-minded partners for the 2012 season. While these are the guidelines for participation, we can also work one-on-one with your organization to formulate a package to meet the needs and marketing goals of our partners. We look forward to building additional long-term relationships this year!

2012 marks the e i ghth annua l return o f SweetWater 420 Fest to

Atlanta ’s h i stor ic Candler Park . The fest i va l has grown

exponent i a l ly and i s now the Georg ia ’s l ead ing env ironmenta l ,

music and ar ts fes t i va l .

together to educate fest iva l - goers on ways that they can take

Attendance at th i s year 's fest i va l i s expected to exceed 75 ,000

patrons . A port ion o f fest i va l proceeds are donated towards park

improvement in i t i at ives and ut i l i zed to fur ther develop Candler

Park .

SweetWater 420 Festival is free to the public, with a $5 donation

being made for anyone over 21 years of age who will be enjoying

the tasty alcoholic beverages which are provided onsite at any time

during the weekend. Wristbands are valid for all three days, and

are not transferrable. These are a fantastic viral marketing tool for

any sponsor as the reach spans outside the gates of the festival

when patrons leave for the evening. Past sponsors have opted to

include a coupon or daily deal code on the wristbands to drive

patrons to their location(s) before or after the event over the

course of the three days. Over 65,000 wristbands were issued in

2011. This sponsorship level is the easiest to track.

The SweetWater 420 Fest KidZone is a fantastic outlet for any

a pavilion which may be utilized for the production of interactive

The Silent Disco is a fantastic outlet for any business looking to

reach out to a specific niche of Atlanta patrons. Silent Events, Inc.

brings a new addition to this year’s festival via a captivating and

unique experience for participants. Rather than utilizing a

traditional speaker system, live music is broadcasted to the

audience via wireless headphones. Those without headphones

hear no music, giving the effect of a room full of people dancing to

silence, with the occasional outpour of chorus! A great attention-

getter at events of this nature, the Silent Disco craze is sweeping
