Welcome to our 16th Annual Sale.

We are grateful for your interest and would like to sincerely

thank our loyal customers, friends and neighbors for your contin-

ued support. We value your decision to use our genetics and your

resulting success inspires us to keep improving.

Never have we've been so proud of our bull pen. These bulls have been

sorted out of a group of 250 bulls. This enables us to sell only bulls of the

utmost quality. Large sire groups allow us to truly evaluate how a herd sire is

working and pass these valuable genetics on to you. We are as proud of the

last bull in the ring as we are the first. This ensures that everyone in atten-

dance has the opportunity to own a superior Herd Bull at a reasonable price.

We take pride in the fact that customers tell us that they get the most bull for

their dollar at our sale.

The calving ease aspect of our program has made tremendous progress.

We have worked hard on this portion of our program because we believe a

heifer’s first calf should be as profitable as possible. We try to specialize in calv-

ing ease with above average performance and built in superior maternal traits.

Every year we have more of the elite curve bending bulls in our offering.

Again this year we are featuring Performax Plus Hybrid Simmental

Bulls and Heifers. We chose a cross section of registered Angus cows and

bred them to some of the best solid colored Simmental Bulls we could find.

We think that those who want to do some cross breeding will love the results.

Whether you're in need of a Herd Bull, Heifer bull or one that'll do

both, these bulls are bred to improve your bottom line by producing better

replacements and heavier eye appealing steers that perform on feed.

We have four bulls in the offering this year from our good friends, Brad

& Aleta Chappell, from Heart of the Valley Farms. They have a progressive

young program and the bulls they've raised on Vancouver Island were brought

to Alberta after weaning and have been on test with ours since September 1,

2011.

We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and service providing you

with the "best guarantee in the business". In the unlikely event that there is a

problem with your U2 bull, we will take care of you! We specifically keep

spare bulls on hand so your cows or heifers will get bred, no questions asked!

you our second group of Per-FOrMaX PLUS Hybrid Simmental

Bulls. We have based these cattle on provengenetics that will work in the native short grassprairie of Southern Alberta right along side ofour Angus Purebreds. They have to deliverboth PerFOrmance and MaXimum MaternalPower PLUS High Quality and Consistency.

These Hybrids are unique in that all are

registered and are the progeny of registered

proven Angus cows (according to the Canadian

Simmental Association, we are the first to

register Hybrids using an Angus dam and a

Simmental sire).

These cows were selected as a representa-

tion of our Angus herd for their tremendous

maternal strength and sound functional

attributes.

These Bulls give our customers who wish

to crossbreed a consistent and reliable

alternative.

We are high on this calf. He is a maternal dream on both sides ofhis pedigree. The Black Dakota females are some of the best Simmental cows I've ever seen. Tocompliment his maternal strength, 182Y displays tremendous natural thickness and depth whichmakes these multi faceted genetics very rare!
