    Whats new this season?

    Free Fishing Day: This year, Free Fishing Daywill be held on June 2. This annual event is a greatopportunity to share your passion or shing witha riend or amily member. For more inormation,see page 7.

    New community sheries: Six new communi-ty sheries are scheduled to open to the public in2012. They will be located in Garden City, Layton,Monroe, Ogden, Washington and Wellington. For

    a complete list o Utahs community sheries, seethe inormation box on page 23.

    Discounted licenses or disabled veterans:

    The Division began oering discounted shinglicenses to disabled veterans in July 2011. To see iyou are eligible or one o these licenses, see theinormation box on page 5.

    New experimental shery: Hobbs Reservoir isa new shery in northern Utah. The Utah WildlieBoard approved some experimental regulationsat the reservoir that will hopeully produce largersh over the next ve years. For details, see thearticle on page 42.

    Reduced wiper limit at Willard Bay: The

    daily wiper limit at Willard Bay Reservoir haschanged rom six sh to three sh. For details andmore inormation on Utahs wiper program, seethe article on page 38.

    Changes at Lake Powell: Beginning in 2012,you may llet shand possess lleted shatany time while shing at Lake Powell. There willalso be no limit on the number o walleye you cankeep. For details, see page 26.

    Limits removed or some species and wa-ters: To combat illegal sh stocking, the WildlieBoard removed the daily bag and possessionlimits or some species at a handul o waters, par-ticularly in central and southern Utah. For moreinormation, see the article on page 34.

    HOW TO USE THIS GUIDEBOOK1. Review the general rules, starting on page 7. These rules explain the licenses you need,

    the shing methods you may use, and when you can transport and possess sh.

    2. Check general season dates and bag and possession limits, starting on page 16.

    3. Look up a specic water in the section that starts on page 20. (I the water youre looking

    or is not listed there, it is subject to the general rules.)

    Who makes the rules?

    The Utah Wildlie Board passes the rulesand laws summarized in this guidebook.

    There are seven board members, and

    each serves a six-year term. Appointed by the

    governor, board members are not Division

    employees.

    The Divisions director serves as the boards

    executive secretary but does not have a vote on

    wildlie policies.Beore board members make changes to

    wildlie rules, they listen to recommendations

    rom Division biologists. They also receive input

    rom the public and various interest groups via

    the regional advisory council (RAC) process.

    Buy your license over the phone: Youcan now buy a Utah shing license over thetelephone. Just call 1-800-221-0659. The lineis staed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Inaddition to the ee or the license, youll also becharged a $2 transaction ee or each item youbuy.

    Fish throughout the year: Utah has a year-round shing season. It runs rom Jan. 1Dec. 31,2012.

    Community sheries: You can learn moreabout Utahs 49 community sheries by pickingup a copy o the Divisions Utah CommunityFishing booklet. The ree booklet is available at

    New option to provide eedback: In 2011,the Division obtained substantial eedback onproposed shing changes via an online question-naire. Because this tool was so eective, Divisionbiologists plan to use a similar ormat to obtaineedback in 2012. To review all o your eedback

    Dont lose your hunting and fishing privilegesIf you commit a wildlife violation, you could lose the privilege of hunting and shing in Utah.

    The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources can suspend the license of

    anyone who knowingly, intentionally or recklessly violates wildlife

    laws. Your license can be suspended for a wildlife violation if: You are convicted.

    You plead guilty or no contest.

    You enter a plea in abeyance or

    diversion agreement.

    Suspension proceedings are separate and inde-

    pendent from criminal prosecution. The Utah Division

    of Wildlife Resources may suspend your license privileges

    whether or not the court considers suspension in yourcriminal case. You will be notied of any action against

    your privilege after criminal proceedings conclude. And

    remember, if your license is suspended in Utah, you

    may not be permitted to hunt or sh in most other

    Private lands: The Division cannot guaranteeaccess to any private land. You may only accesscultivated or properly posted private land i youobtain WRITTEN permission rom the landowneror the landowners authorized representative. Formore inormation, see Trespassing on page 13.

    365-day combination licenses allow you to

    do three things in Utah:

    Fish

    Hunt upland game and waterowl

    Apply or hunting permits

    When you buy a combination license, you alsoget a price break compared to buying your hunt-

    ing and shing licenses separately.

    Fishing and combination licenses are available

    at wildlie.utah.govand rom license agents and

    Division oces. You can also call 1-800-221-0659

    to purchase your license by phone.

    You must have your license with you while

    youre shing, and you cannot alter your license ortranser it to another person.

    Fishing across state linesand reciprocal shingpermitsUtah Admin. Rule R657-13-5

    Utah shares three watersBear Lake, Flam-

    ing Gorge and Lake Powellwith other states.Utah, Idaho, Wyoming and Arizona have entered

    into the ollowing agreements to allow anglers to

    sh across state lines:

    Bear LakeI you have a valid Utah shing or combina-

    tion license, or a valid Idaho shing or combina-

    tion license, you can sh anywhere on Bear Lakethats open to shing with one shing pole. With

    the purchase o a valid Utah shing or combina-

    tion license and a Utah second-pole permit, or

    a valid Idaho shing or combination license and

    an Idaho two-pole permit, you may sh with

    two poles anywhere on Bear Lake that is open to

    shing. A second-pole or two-pole permit must

    The one day you dont need a license to sh

    in Utah is Saturday, June 2, 2012, which is Free

    Fishing Day. Everyone in Utah can sh or ree that

    day, but please remember that all o the statesother shing laws and rules still apply.

    Under 12 years o ageUtah Code 23-19-21 and Utah Admin. Rule R657-13-3

    I youre under 12 years o age, you do not

    need a shing license to sh in Utah. You can sh

    without a license and take a ull bag and posses-

    sion limit.The only exceptions are i youd like to sh

    with a second pole or a setline. I youre under

    the age o 12 and would like to sh with either

    a second pole or a setline, you must purchase a

    Utah shing or combination license and a second-

    pole or setline permit. Please see General rules:

    Fishing methods on page 9 o this guide or

    more inormation about second-pole and setlinepermits.

    12 years o age and olderUtah Code 23-19-21 and Utah Admin. Rule R657-13-3

    I youre 12 years o age or older, you must

    purchase a shing license or a combination license

    to sh in Utah. You can choose rom our dierent

    licenses:

    One-day licenses allow you to sh or one

    day.

    Seven-day licenses allow you to sh or

    seven consecutive days.

    365-day licenses allow you to sh or 365

    consecutive days, including the day you buy

    the license.

    GENERAL RULES: LICENSES AND PERMITSUtah Code 23-19 and 23-20-3

    Obtaining a shing license is the rst step to shing in Utah. The type o license you should

    purchase depends on many variables: how old you are, how oten you want to sh, where you

    want to sh and whether youre a Utah resident. (To determine i you are a resident, see the

    denitions on page 64.) This section provides inormation about the dierent licenses andpermits that are available.

    2012 resident needs a Utah resident shing or combi-

    nation license and a reciprocal shing permit rom

    Arizona.

    Utah residents may obtain an Arizona recipro-

    cal shing permit atazgd.gov. Arizona residents

    may obtain a Utah reciprocal shing permit atwildlie.utah.govand rom Division oces and

    license agents that sell Utah shing licenses.

    I youre not a resident o either state, you

    must purchase a Utah nonresident shing license

    to sh the Utah portion o Lake Powell and an

    Arizona nonresident license to sh the Arizona

    portion o the reservoir.

    An Arizona second-pole permit is not validin Utah, even with a reciprocal shing permit.

    A Utah second-pole permit must be purchased

    i youd like to sh in Utah with two poles at the

    same time.

    More inormation about reciprocal

    permits

    Utah reciprocal shing permits are valid or365 days rom the day you buy them.

    You must sign your name on your reciprocal

    permit the same way you signed your name

    on your shing license.

    You are subject to the laws and rules o the

    state in which youre shing.

    Only one bag limit may be taken and held in

    possession, even i youre licensed to sh inboth states.

    Fishing contestsUtah Admin. Rule R657-58

    You can hold a shing contest in Utah,

    but you must ollow the rules, some o which

    changed this year. For the current shing contest

    rules, please see Utah Admin. Rule R657-58 at

    wildlie.utah.gov/rules, visitgo.usa.gov/axu or

    contact the nearest Division oce.

    I you plan to hold a shing contest at a Utah

    State Park, you should also check with the park to

    see i there are any additional rules that apply to

    the area.

    I you plan to launch or sh on the Idaho side

    o the lake, you must have a current Idaho Inva-

    sive Species Fund sticker on your watercrat. You

    can purchase the sticker online, by mail, at anyIdaho State Park and through some retail vendors.

    Flaming Gorge ReservoirTo sh across state lines at Flaming Gorge, you

    must have a valid shing license rom one state

    and a reciprocal shing permit rom the other

    state. For example, i you buy a Utah resident or

    nonresident shing license, you can sh the Utah

    portion o Flaming Gorge. Ater buying your Utah

    license, i you decide you also want to sh the

    Wyoming portion o the reservoir, you must buy a

    Wyoming reciprocal shing permit. You can also

    choose to purchase a Wyoming shing license.

    For more inormation on obtaining a

    Wyoming reciprocal shing permit or a Wyoming

    shing license, call the Wyoming Game and FishDepartment at 307-777-4600.

    Even with a reciprocal Wyoming shing per-

    mit, you must purchase a two-pole permit rom

    Utah i youd like to sh in Utah with two poles at

    the same time.

    Utah reciprocal shing permits are available

    at wildlie.utah.govand rom Utah Division o

    Wildlie Resources oces and license agents thatsell Utah shing licenses.

    I you plan to launch or sh on the Wyoming

    side o Flaming Gorge, you must have a Wyoming

    Aquatic Invasive Species decal on your watercrat.

    You can purchase the decal online or rom a

    Wyoming license agent.

    Lake PowellReciprocal shing permits or Lake Powellare available to Utah and Arizona residents only.

    To sh across the state line at Lake Powell, a

    resident o Utah or Arizona must have a valid

    shing license rom one state and a reciprocal

    shing permit rom the other state. For example,

    to sh the Arizona portion o the reservoir, a Utah

    I youre a Utah resident and have certain

    physical or mental disabilitiesor a terminal

    illnessyou may qualiy or a ree shing license.A child who has been placed in the custody o the

    state by a court order may also qualiy. To learn

    i you qualiy, please see Utah Code 23-19-36

    at wildlie.utah.gov/rules or contact your nearest

    Division oce.

    You are ice shing at Flaming Gorge. Please

    see page 24 or the rules specic to Flam-

    ing Gorge.While shing, you must be within sight o

    the equipment youre shing with (this distance

    cannot exceed 100 eet). The only exception to

    this rule is i you have a setline permit. Please see

    page 11 or more inormation about shing

    with a setline.

    There are a ew additional angling rules to

    keep in mind:No articial lure may have more than three

    hooks.

    No line may have attached to it more than

    two baited hooks, two articial ies or two

    articial lures. The only exceptions to this

    rule are i youre using a setline or youre

    shing at Flaming Gorge Reservoir or Lake

    Powell. Please see page 11 o this guideor more inormation about shing with a

    setline. Inormation about shing at Flam-

    ing Gorge is available on page 24, and

    inormation about shing at Lake Powell is

    available on page 26.

    Taking game shYou may take game sh using only the ollow-

    ing methods:

    AnglingUtah Admin. Rule R657-13-6 and R657-13-11

    Angling is permitted rom boats and oat

    tubesand other motorized and nonmotorized

    aquatic vehicleson any water where such

    vehicle use is authorized. There are some waters,

    however, where you cannot sh rom a oat tubeor a boat (please visitgo.usa.gov/XJPor more

    inormation). Please keep in mind that other

    agencies may have placed additional restrictions

    on the use o oat tubes and boats at certain Utah

    waters.

    You may not sh with more than one shing

    line except when:

    You are shing or craysh. Please see page13 o this guide or more inormation

    about shing or craysh.

    You have a second-pole or setline permit.

    pole is available on page 11. Inormation

    about shing with a setline is available on

    page 11.

    GENERAL RULES: FISHING METHODSUtah Code 23-20-3

    There are laws and rules that govern shing in Utah. By obeying these regulations and being an

    ethical angler, you will help keep shing great or everyone. Please be amiliar with the ollow-

    ing general rules or taking sh and craysh. Youll nd some exceptions to these rules in the

    Rules or specic waters on page 20.

    License exemptions oryouth organizations

    Are you a scout leader or a mentor or a

    youth organization? Many youth groups can

    hold shing events that dont require a sh-ing license or participants under the age o

    14. To determine i you are eligible and to

    complete the license-exemption orm, visit

    2012 When youre shing through the ice, you

    may not sh through a hole thats more

    than 12 inches wide. The only exceptions are

    at Bear Lake, Flaming Gorge Reservoir and

    Fish Lake. For more inormation about ice

    shing at these waters, please see Rules orspecic waters on page 20.

    BaitUtah Admin. Rule R657-13-12

    While you are shing, it is unlawul to:

    Use or possess corn, hominy or live baitsh

    Use or possess tiger salamanders (live or

    dead)

    Use or possess any bait i you are on waters

    designated articial y and lure only

    Use or possess articial baits that are com-

    mercially imbedded or covered with sh or

    sh parts

    Use or possess bait in the orm o resh or

    rozen sh or sh parts, except as provided

    below:

    Dead Bonneville cisco may be used as

    bait only in Bear Lake.

    Dead yellow perch may be used as

    bait only in Deer Creek, Echo, Fish

    Lake, Gunnison, Hyrum, Johnson,

    Jordanelle, Mantua, Mill Meadow,

    Newton, Pineview, Rockport, Starva-

    tion, Utah Lake, Willard Bay and Yubareservoirs.

    Dead white bass may be used as bait

    only in Utah Lake and the Jordan

    River.

    Dead shad rom Lake Powell may be

    used as bait only in Lake Powell. It is

    illegal to remove dead shad rom the

    Glen Canyon National Recreation Area.Dead, resh or rozen saltwater spe-

    cies, including sardines and anchovies,

    may be used as bait in any water

    where bait is permitted.

    Dead mountain sucker, white sucker,

    Utah sucker, redside shiner, speckled

    dace, mottled sculpin, athead min-

    now, Utah chub and common carp

    may be used as bait in any water

    where bait is permitted.

    The eggs o any species o sh caught

    in Utah, except prohibited sh, may

    be used in any water where bait ispermitted. You may not, however,

    take or use eggs rom sh that are

    being released.

    You may only use live craysh or bait i you

    are on the water where the craysh were cap-

    tured. It is unlawul to transport live craysh away

    rom the water where they were captured.

    You may use commercially prepared andchemically treated baitsh or their parts as bait in

    any water where bait is permitted.

    Manuactured, human-made items that may

    not be digestibleincluding items that have

    been chemically treated with ood stus, chemical

    sh attractants or eeding stimulantsmay not

    be used on waters where bait is prohibited.

    I the Utah Wildlie Board has declaredthat a water is inested with an aquatic

    invasive speciesor the water is subject to

    a closure order or control planyou may not

    transport any species o baitsh (live or dead)

    rom that water to use in any other water. To

    determine whether a water is inested, visit

    wildlie.utah.gov/mussels/waters.php.

    Restrictions on taking sh and crayshUtah Admin. Rule R657-13-11

    You can use articial light while shing,

    but not when you are underwater spearsh-

    ing. Theres one exception: i youre underwater

    Setline shingUtah Admin. Rule R657-13-8

    Setlines are lines that are anchored to a

    non-moving object and that are not attached to a

    shing pole.

    Setline permits are available or $15 at

    wildlie.utah.govand rom license agents and

    Division oces.

    A setline permit is a 365-day permit, but youmust also have an unexpired one-day, seven-day

    or 365-day Utah shing or combination license in

    order to use it (a setline permit is not valid unless

    its accompanied by a valid shing or combination

    I you obtain a setline permit, and a Utah sh-

    ing or combination license, you can use a setline

    or gang, and you may not have a ga in your

    possession while shing. The only exception isLake Powell, where you may use a ga to land

    striped bass.

    Chumming is prohibited on all waters except

    Lake Powell. (Chumming means to dislodge or

    deposit into the water any substance, not at-

    tached to a hook, line or trap, which may attract

    sh.) Please see the Rules or specic waters, Lake

    Powell on page 26 or more inormation about

    chumming at Lake Powell.

    Fishing with more than one poleUtah Admin. Rule R657-13-7

    I you have a valid Utah second-pole permit,

    and a valid shing or combination license, you

    can sh with two poles at any water in the state

    during its open shing season. You may keep onlyone limit o sh. A second-pole permit does NOT

    allow you to keep two limits o sh.

    When shing with a setline, you must be

    One end o your setline must be attached to

    a shing pole. Your setline must also have a

    legible tag attached to it that includes yourname, address and setline permit number.

    While shing with a setline, you can also

    sh with one shing pole. I you have a valid

    second-pole permit, you can sh with two

    shing poles while youre also shing with

    a setline.

    DipnettingUtah Admin. Rule R657-13-10You can use a handheld dipnet to land game

    sh that youve legally taken by angling. However,

    you may not use a handheld dipnet as a primary

    method o taking game sh unless you are at

    Bear Lake, where you may use a dipnet to take

    Bonneville cisco.

    When shing or Bonneville cisco at BearLake, the opening o your dipnet may not exceed

    18 inches. I youre dipnetting through the ice at

    Bear Lake, there is no restriction on the size o the

    hole you can drill in the ice. Please see Rules or

    specic waters, Bear Lake on page 20 or more

    inormation.

    You may also use a handheld dipnet to take

    o the Native American tribes in Utah, you must

    observe tribal regulations. These regulations are

    available rom the Native American tribe thatowns the land.

    Taking crayshUtah Admin. Rule R657-13-15

    Fishing or craysh (also called crawdads) is a

    un activity or the whole amily.

    I youre under the age o 12, you do not need

    a license to sh or craysh. I youre 12 years oage or older, you must have a valid Utah shing

    or combination license to sh or craysh. You

    may take craysh or personal, noncommercial

    purposes at any body o water where theres an

    open shing season. You may not take craysh i

    the shing season at that water is closed.

    TrespassingUtah Code 23-20-14 and 23-20-3.5

    While shing or engaging in any wildlie-

    related activities, you may not:

    Enter upon privately owned land that

    is cultivated or properly posted withoutthe permission o the landowner or land

    manager

    Reuse to immediately leave the private

    land i requested to do so by the landowner

    or land manager

    Obstruct any entrance or exit to private land

    Cultivated land is land that is readily identi-

    able as land whose soil is loosened or broken upor the raising o crops, land used or the raising o

    crops, or a pasture that is articially irrigated.

    Permission means written authorization

    rom the owner or person in charge to enter upon

    private land that is cultivated or properly posted.

    Permission must include all o the ollowing

    details:

    The signature o the landowner or landmanager

    The name o the person being given permis-

    sion

    The appropriate dates

    A general description o the land

    Properly posted means that No Trespass-

    ing signsor a minimum o 100 square inches

    o bright yellow, bright orange or uorescentpaintare displayed at all corners, on shing

    streams crossing property lines, and on roads,

    gates and rights-o-way entering the land. I

    metal ence posts are used, the entire exterior side

    must be painted.

    You may not post private property you do not

    own or legally control or land that is open to the

    public as provided by Utah Code 23-21-4.In addition, it is unlawul to take protected

    wildlie or their parts while trespassing in viola-

    tion o Utah Code 23-20-14.

    Stream access in UtahUtah Code 73-29

    In 2010, the Utah Legislature passed the

    Public Waters Access Act. The act changes

    the recreational easement recognized by the

    Utah Supreme Court in 2008, which allowed

    the public to walk on the private bed o a

    river, stream or lake.

    The act does not allow recreational

    water users (including anglers, kayakers,

    tubers, hunters and others) to walk on the

    private bed o a river, stream or lake. This

    means that i you are shing or recreat-ing in public water that ows over private

    property closed to trespass, you may not

    walk on the land beneath the water without

    obtaining landowner permission.

    The act does allow you to oat on the

    surace o the water, even i youre oating

    over private property that is closed to tres-

    pass. It also allows you to sh while oating.The Divisions summary o the law is

    I you have a valid Utah shing or combina-

    tion license, you may take nongame shEX-

    CEPT those listed in the Prohibited Fish section

    aboveor personal, noncommercial purposes,as long as youre shing at a body o water during

    its open shing season.

    There are, however, more than a dozen

    waters where carp are the only nongame sh

    you may take. Those waters are listed in the Carp

    section below.

    To take nonprohibited nongame sh, you may

    use angling, traps, archery (excluding crossbows),dipnets, cast nets, litnets, seines or a handheld

    spear rom above the surace o the water. When

    using these methods, please remember the ol-

    lowing rules:

    Seines (nets) may not exceed 10 eet in

    length or width.

    Cast nets may not exceed 10 eet in diam-

    eter (a ve-oot radius).Nongame sh that are legal to take must

    either be released or killed immediately

    ater you remove them rom the water. You

    may not leave them on the shoreline.

    Underwater spearshing or nongame sh

    (other than carp) is only allowed at the waters

    listed in Underwater spearshing on page 12.

    CarpYou may use a variety o techniquesin-

    cluding angling, archery (excluding crossbows),

    a spear rom above the surace o the water, or

    underwater spearshingto take carp in any

    water during its open shing season.

    Carp are the onlynongame sh you may take

    You may take craysh by hand or with a trap,

    dipnet, litnet, handline, pole or seine. You must

    You may not use game sh or their parts or

    a registered commercial shing installation, a

    private pond owner or a short-term shing event,

    you may only possess or transport dead sh i you

    have a receipt. The receipt must include all o the

    ollowing inormation:

    The species and number o sh

    The date the sh were caughtThe certicate o registration number o

    the installation, pond or short-term shing

    event

    The name, address and telephone number

    o the seller

    To help prevent the spread o disease, dead

    sh and craysh may not be moved between

    waters.

    Live sh and crayshUtah Code 23-13-14 and Utah Admin. Rule R657-13-17

    You may not release sh or craysh into the

    wild except as provided in the Wildlie Code, rule,

    proclamation or order o the Wildlie Board. For

    example, you can release sh caught at Scoeld

    Reservoir back into Scoeld, but you cannot takelive sh rom Scoeld and place those sh in an-

    other water. Any person who moves live sh rom

    one body o water to another is guilty o a class A

    misdemeanor and may be ned up to $2,500.

    You may use live sh stringers, livewells or

    holding cages to store sh or craysh while sh-

    ing on the water where you caught them.

    A trout, salmon or grayling may not bereleased i its been held on a stringer or in a sh

    basket, livewell or any other type o device.

    You may not transport live sh or craysh

    away rom the water where they were caught.

    Dead sh and crayshUtah Code 4-37-305 and Utah Admin. Rule R657-13-16

    You may possess a legal limit o game sh or

    craysh as you travel within Utahor i you leave

    the stateas long as you have a valid shing or

    combination license.

    It is unlawul to possess lleted sh, or sh

    with their heads or tails removed, while you arein the act o shing. This does not apply to sh

    processed or immediate consumption or to sh

    held rom a previous catch.

    At most waters, you may llet harvested

    game sh, or remove their heads or tails, ater

    you have:

    Completed the act o shing

    Arrived at campReached a sh-cleaning station

    Arrived at a principle means o land trans-

    portation

    There are a ew exceptions to the above rule:

    At Strawberry Reservoir, Scoeld Reservoir

    and Panguitch Lake, you may not llet trout

    and salmon, and you may not remove their

    heads or tails while in the eld or in transit.

    At Jordanelle, you may not llet smallmouth

    bass, and you may not remove their heads

    or tails while in the eld or in transit.

    At Lake Powell, you may llet shand

    possess lleted shat any time. You may

    not keep more sh than allowed by the bag

    and possession limit.

    NOTE: Do not dispose o entrails and carcasses

    on the bank. Leave them in the water where you

    caught the sh.

    You may possess or transport a legal limit o

    game sh or craysh caught by another person

    i you have a donation letter rom that person.

    This section provides general rules or shing

    in Utah. Many waters have localized and specic

    rules, which are listed in Rules or specic waters

    On waters that have a specic rule, that rule

    takes precedence over the general rules below.

    Closed areasAll o the states sh hatcheries are closed to

    shing. All o the states waterowl management

    areas are also closed to shing unless theyre

    posted open to shing or theyre listed as open to

    shing in Rules or specic waters on page 20.

    1 through Dec. 31. Fish may be caught by angling

    or setline 24 hours a day. Underwater spearshing

    is allowed rom ocial sunrise to ocial sunset.

    Bag and possession limitsResidents and nonresidents who are under 12

    years o age may sh without a license and take a

    ull bag and possession limit.

    In Utah, the bag and possession limits or

    shing are the same. For example, once youve

    harvested a limit o trout, you cannot harvest any

    more trout until youve consumed or donated atleast some o the trout youve harvested. So, i you

    eat one trout, you can harvest one more the next

    day; i you eat a ull limit, you can harvest a ull

    limit the next day.

    When calculating your bag and possession

    limit, please remember the ollowing rules:
