Every year since 2007 we are offering students permanent positions in company
Every year we send at least one employee abroad for a short-term or a long-term assignment (Switzerland & Spain)
Employee rotations within Russia (Moscow, Kolomna, Volsk) in constant process to learn form others and to prepare young people for managerial positions
