Cannot speculate or have ideas about it;
Can be realized only through bare attention.
To be mindful without thinking at the present moment,.
One should be mindful with bare attention on the presently occurring phenomena which appears to the mind as a true characteristic.

Get to see the relationships of true characteristics with one another.
Lead to direct experience of the three general characteristics of existence—Dukkha, Anicca, andAnatta (suffering, impermanence and non-self).
Eliminate affliction and suffering at the end.
Result - Eliminate Suffering

Observe the contact area during sitting.
Recognize number of touch points.
Do not time how long it takes for each observation.
If sleepy, change object or touch point.
Watch arising and falling without commenting.

Do not watch breathing at the tip of the nose.
Do not visualize, count or control breathing.
Do not just concentrate on object without mindfulness.
Cannot be mindful without the three characteristics of “suffering, change and non-self”.
Let the true realities appear by themselves.
Vipassana basically means watching realities.

Not to control rising and falling. Eliminate the thought involvement. Observe the phenomena – “the pure process”. Observe the “wind element” – tension, vibration and
motion. Have mindfulness on the object to perceive the truth. Put aside the idea or concept. Follow the flow of the processes of the sensations. Rotate the priority of objects.
