We use Naked Lime Targeted Marketing for email and ValPack. We used to use the Ford GDL program until I discovered they were fluffing their numbers. They would tell me if it wasn’t for their GDL program I wouldn’t have any customers, which was crap and I proved it. I pulled the invoices and saw they were taking credit for internal invoices and customers who were coming in for warranty. So when Naked Lime told me they could show me exactly how many invoices were generated from their emails I said “show me” and you did. Targeted Marketing continues to show me results month after month. Targeted Marketing helps me control my advertising spending. I don’t need a large budget because it accomplishes what I’m trying to do and it keeps customers coming in. For example we have accumulated 377 ROs and $108,562.96 in total revenue from customers that previously had no service history with us. We’ve brought in $378,326.98 in gross profit over the last year and $73,720.82 of that is from customers who haven’t been in for service for more than a year. When these customers come in they spend a lot of money. They are our highest average RO. All of this wouldn’t be possible without the Targeted Marketing specialist. They know what I like and what I want. We work on the campaigns together and review the reports monthly. I’ve been in this business for 30 years but I’ve only been a Service Manager for the past 5, so I’ve done my fair share of trial and error. With Naked Lime Marketing I’ve been able to get a grip on advertising, what works and prove the value to my manager. That’s important because you don’t want to keep throwing money at something that doesn’t work. My GM is all about show me; show me how this is making me a profit and not a waste.
