CAROLINA BARBEQUE
This selection is offered as an alternative to the traditional menus above. It includes BBQ plus the listed
side dishes. House-made cornbread muffins and yeast rolls with whipped butter along with water, ice tea,
and coffee are included with dinner.
Carolina Style Pork Barbecue and Apple Marinated Grilled Chicken
Boston Pork Butts and Apple Marinated Whole Chickens slow roasted over Hickory Coals, then hand
chopped and served with both Eastern Style and Lexington Style BBQ Sauces. Accompanied by:
