    Choose one from each of the four main headings. Warm bread, butter, water, ice tea, and coffee are included

    with dinner. For Buffets, choose a salad, a veggie, two meats and two starches.

    This selection is offered as an alternative to the traditional menus above. It includes BBQ plus the listed

    and coffee are included with dinner.

    Carolina Style Pork Barbecue and Apple Marinated Grilled Chicken

    Boston Pork Butts and Apple Marinated Whole Chickens slow roasted over Hickory Coals, then hand

    chopped and served with both Eastern Style and Lexington Style BBQ Sauces. Accompanied by:

    PricingSeated dining, buffets, and heavy hors doeuvres are priced

    at $62.50 per person. Food Stations are an extra $5.00 per

    person which includes a chef station (pasta or carving).

    Vegetarian meals are available at regular price. There is no

    charge for children 3 and under.

    This pricing includes: china, crystal and silver place settings;tables, chairs, linens, and wait staff.
