This commemorative souvenir program is the first of its kind, one that will become a treasured annual publication.
Each Inaugural Legendreflects on one lesson learned during their collegiate playing and/or coaching career.Enclosed, please find their wisdom and insight.
The Atlantic 10 Conference is pleased to welcome you to the 40/40 Club to present our Inaugural Men’s and Women’s Basketball Legends.
This distinguished group—16 men and 16 women selected by their alumni institution—is made up of former players, head coaches, All-Americans, Academic All-Americans and members of the Naismith National Basketball Hall of Fame.
Whether it was building a program that eventually became a founding Conference member or furthering the conference as it grew into a basketball power,
Individually each legend has become a role model for others as they competed on a national stage. They are a credit to their institutions and are deserving of this honor on behalf of the Atlantic 10 Conference. Each legend we honor today is a part of the fabric of A-10 history.
