Kate Kaye is a reporter for Advertising Age where she covers the data sector, privacy issues and government regulation of the digital and data industries. She began reporting on the data-driven digital ad industry in 1999. Before starting with Ad Age in 2012 she held several senior editorial roles at ClickZ where she built the publication’s digital political campaign coverage. Tamara Gruzbarg is a senior director of customer analytics and research at Gilt Groupe, where she is responsible for the development of the analytic direction, roadmap, and insights distribution supporting the entire organization in the delivery of highly relevant personalized offerings to Gilt Groupe’s customers. Prior to Gilt, Tamara held senior analytics positions at Experian Marketing Services and JP Morgan Chase. She led analytics teams providing innovative solutions in the areas of promotion and cross-sell, retention and loyalty, multi-channel optimization and test design. Tamara holds an M.A. in statistics and a MBA from Columbia University. Speaker Bios

As senior director of product and solutions marketing for the digital marketing business unit at Adobe Systems, Langie is responsible for marketing the company’s industry-leading digital marketing solutions generating nearly a billion dollars in revenue. His responsibilities span go-to-market strategy, messaging and positioning, pricing and packaging, sales enablement, competitive intelligence and product evangelism. Langie has extensive experience in software and technology marketing, including leadership roles at Omniture, WebTrends, Infor Global Solutions, Datastream and Hewlett-Packard. He served as vice president of marketing for Timeline Computer Entertainment, a software company founded by the late, best-selling author Michael Crichton, and he led marketing and business development for the software technology research lab at Intel. He began his career in the U.S. Air Force, leaving the service at the rank of Captain. Langie currently serves as board vice chairman of the Internet Marketing Association, director emeritus of the Digital Analytics Association and is a recognized thought leader in the analytics and digital marketing industry. Langie is a highly sought after speaker at digital marketing conferences, trade shows and other industry events focused on innovation in new and emerging digital channels, such as social media, mobile, and online video. Langie holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Notre Dame. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas, where he was recognized with the Texas Business Hall of Fame foundation award and scholarship.

Joe Rospars is the founding partner and creative director of Blue State Digital, overseeing all strategy agency engagements. He previously served as chief digital strategist for Obama for America. For both the 2008 and 2012 campaigns, Joe was Barack Obama’s principal digital strategist and adviser, overseeing the digital integration of the unprecedented fundraising, communications, and grassroots mobilization effort. The digital arm of the campaign provided the backbone of design and branding both online and offline, and engaged a record-breaking number of Americans through mobile, social, video and the web. Prior to the Obama campaigns, Joe led BSD’s work with Governor Howard Dean, from the founding of Democracy for America through Dean’s historic 50-state strategy and the 2006 election victories. Joe has been named to the Advertising Age “Digital A-List,” and Rolling Stone included him among “100 People Who Are Changing America.”
