401(k) feature 100% company match on the first 4% you contribute each year Immediate vesting in company match Variety of investment funds to meet your retirement planning strategy
Defined Contribution Retirement feature H.B. Fuller contribution of a flat 3% of pay for all eligible employees Vesting in company contribution after 3 years Same investment fund options as 401(k) feature
