PARENT/GUARDIAN E-MAIL ADDRESS (return to instructor)
Dear Parent:
In an attempt to keep you informed about the progress of your child, I am requesting thatyou provide an email address so that I can communicate with you frequently and
expeditiously. During weekdays, I can respond to email messages within 24 hours of receipt. I cannot access my mailbox during weekends therefore there will be a delay in
responding to email messages sent on Saturday and Sunday. I believe that giving parentsimmediate notification of academic and behavioral concerns helps curtail such problems.
Therefore, the swiftness of electronic communication has a great advantage.
Please indicate below if it is OK to communicate with you concerning your child's progress via email:
ü YES, it is OK to communicate with me via email. (If you answered yes, please provide a personal email address that your child preferably
cannot access.)
My personal email address is as follows:
__________________________________@_______________.com
OR
ü Yes, I would prefer communication via the telephone.
