Mildura Home Show is returning with Exciting new changes!

We are changing our name to the Mildura Home & Lifestyle Expo! In addition to all the home products & services currently featured at the expo an outdoor and lifestyle living component will showcase products that complement our recreation time in own backyards and the big backyard in which we share, the Sunraysia area and its many lifestyle related outdoor activities. We are welcoming all businesses that have lifestyle, outdoor or home products to join in this local event.

By being part of the Home Show it creates a lot of exposure allowing us to speak to people outside of our store and letting everyone know a little bit about us as being the Sleep Professionals.

This year’s event will be moving from the Mildura Airport to Nowingi Place enabling the Expo room to grow, allowing easier access and to showcase what for many is a big part of our local lifestyle, being riverfront on the Murray River!

The 2013 Mildura Home & Lifestyle Expo is changing dates, to coincide with Spring, the event will occur over two days on Saturday and Sunday September 7th – 8th 2013.

There will be plenty of entertainment for the whole family with a children’s entertain-ment area. As well as live demonstrations and mini renovations on stage.

Event Advertising will extend to NSW, SA and VIC

Cafe Fencing $150.00 Inc GST Cafe Fencing Signage will be located at the centre of the event ‘the food court’ and will be easily seen from all areas at the event.- 1000(mm) long x 700(mm) high - sign design is included

Event Fencing $550.00 Inc GSTGet noticed and put your business logo on the perimeter event fence! Your logo will appear multiple times around the outside of the event fence.

Website Ad on Rotation $150 inc GSTYour ad will appear on a rotation basis on home page of the 2013 expo promotional period. Ad design time is included.

Website Banner $250.00 - $300.00 Website banners will permanently be displayed on the 2013 website! Ad design time is included.

Event Conditions

1. Entry fees are as set and must be paid by the exhibitor in full prior to acceptance of the booking.

2. Payment can be made via Direct Debit or Credit Card payment. Please see the booking form for

banking details.

3. A cancellation fee of $250.00 will apply for cancellations that occur one calendar month prior the event for

unpaid sites.

Exhibitors will not be refunded if cancellation is made within 3 weeks of the event.

4. Exhibitors are not to cause excessive noise or perform any other act which is or maybe a nuisance

to other exhibitors. The use of amplifiers or loud speakers by the Exhibitor is strictly prohibited

unless prior arrangements are made with Event Co Australia.

5. Exhibitors shall not assign or sub-let the whole or any part of their site, without written

consent issued by Event Co Australia.

6. The Exhibitor is responsible for the condition & presentation of the site covered by this booking

during the Mildura Home & Lifestyle Expo. On event completion it is expected that the Exhibitor

shall clean any part of the area affected by the Exhibitors presence and leave it rubbish free as it

was found.

7. Whilst every effort will be made with security on site, Event Co Australia shall not be liable for any

loss of or damage to the Exhibitors property during the event days. Security of the Exhibitors

property or display shall be the responsibility of the exhibitor. Access will be prohibited to

Exhibitor sites by the Exhibitor from 6.00pm to 6.00am unless prior arrangements with Event Co

Australia is made.

8. Event Management reserve the right to cancel this agreement and to retain any monies paid if

any infringement occurs or if the exhibitor does not occupy the space during the full period of the

Mildura Home & Lifestyle Expo.

9. Exhibitors are NOT to vacate sites before 5:00pm on 1st day and 4:00pm on the 2nd day of the event.
