Coming Up… From the Central Canada Regional Office “Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.” ~ 1 Corinthians 12:27 Thank you Manitoba MB Churches! More short-term mission participants attended SOAR and ACTION programs from Manitoba than any other provincial or state MB conference this year. In a recently published report, Hemorrhaging Faith, researchers found that only 1 in 3 teens remain connected to the church body following high school graduation. However, three- quarters of those who remain in the body said their faith ‘came alive’ on a mission program. Let’s continue to engage this generation in the body by calling, empowering and sending one another to develop healthy disciples and missional leaders. May this report encourage your further participation in God’s work of growing his body and his kingdom around the world.
