Each suite is urnished with leather

1. When should I book my group outing? Ingeneral, you should book your group outing assoon as possible. Our best games will sell out,and we want to make sure you can get the dateyou would like.

2. What i I need help in making my decision?Call your group representative. We realize thatbooking group outings is new to some. Thatswhy were here to help.

3. How do I pay or a group outing? Bookinga group outing with us is extremely easy. Inact, you can do it over the phone. You give usthe inormation, and well set up your event.We do require a reundable deposit o either10% or $100, whichever is less, at the time oreservation. The balance is due 30 days priorto your group outing.

4. Where does my group park? There

are a variety o public parking options inthe Bricktown area. Talk to your grouprepresentative in advance o your event aboutthe option o prepurchasing parking passes inour Red Lot or $5 per spot, but keep in mindthat space in this lot is extremely limited.

5. What type o catering do you ofer? Thereare a variety o catering options to chooserom, with packages available to groups with

as ew as 10 people. Be sure to ask your grouprepresentative to provide you with a list ocatering options available or your outing.Additionally, no outside ood or beverage maybe brought into Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.

6. How does my group get their RedHawkshats?Great question! I your group has a blocko ballpark seats, you will receive blue vouchersthat can be redeemed at the ballpark during

your event at the Sonic Customer Servicebooth located behind section 113. Be sureand ll out the inormation as this will alsoserve as your entrance to the group rae orRedHawks prizes.

I your group is in a Suite or Devon EnergyDeck, your hats will be in your privatearea when you arrive. You will receive pinkvouchers with your tickets to enter the raeand all you need to do is drop them of at

the Sonic Customer Service booth locatedbehind section 113.

7. What does Preerred Buyer mean?Whenyou become a group leader, you have theopportunity to purchase group products orthe next season in advance o the generalpublic and attend special events.

8. What time do gates open and when should

my guests arrive?Gates open one hour priorto the rst pitch. I your group is in a suite,contact your representative with all questionsregarding special accommodations, such asearly arrival or pregame suite setup or anymeetings taking place in the suite prior towhen gates open.

9. Will my group be recognized during thegame?Yes! All groups will be recognized on
