Sehr geehrter Herr Meisner

Meine Frau, ich und unsere drei Kinder haben zehn Tage in Ihrem Hotel Seeblick verbracht.Wir hatten uns schon seit Monaten so auf unseren Urlaub an der Nordsee gefreut – in derSonne liegen, im Meer baden, lange Spaziergänge an der schönen Küste machen. Davonhatten wir lange geträumt.

Wir haben viel Glück mit dem herrlichen Wetter gehabt, und die Kinder haben großen Spaßam Strand gehabt. Leider hatten wir aber weniger Glück mit dem Hotel. Auf Ihrer Webseitesieht das Hotel ganz anders aus. Unsere Zimmer waren klein und dunkel, die Möbel warenalt und der Teppich war ziemlich schmutzig. Außerdem hatten wir immer Probleme mitdem Internet. Es hat sehr viel extra gekostet, und die Internetverbindung war sehr langsam.

Das Frühstück in Ihrem Hotel war auch eine riesige Enttäuschung. Wenn man nichtpünktlich um sieben Uhr ins Frühstückszimmer kam, musste man lange in der Schlangestehen, um auf einen Tisch zu warten. An manchen Tagen konnten wir noch nicht einmalals Familie zusammensitzen.

Die Nordseeküste ist immer noch unser Lieblingsurlaubsziel, und wir kommen bestimmtwieder, aber das nächste Mal werden wir uns ein anderes Hotel suchen müssen.
