RECOMMENDED WAY AHEAD- Continue planning/coordination in
preparation for the event. - LPC-3 support staff:
Maj Dykes and SSgt Rehm will travel to event site in order to continue to provide support
MISCELLANEOUS- Read ahead briefs (due by COB Wed to LPC)
- Refreshments (currently negotiating for best options and cost – approx. cost per person will be $20 - $30)
- Transportation plan (for 8 May Social)
BACKGROUND/STATEMENT OF ISSUE- Log Board: 7-9 May 2013 (6 and 10 May
are designated as travel days)- 2.5 day event- Location: Pacific Views Event Center
(PVEC), Camp Pendleton, CA.
WHERE WE ARE AT- More detailed planning and coordination with MCI West Staff
ongoing. - Socials scheduled for the evenings of 7 and 8 May.
7 May – No-host social at the “O” Lounge, PVEC 8 May – Social hosted by BGen Broadmeadow / Coglianese
- Crawford room reserved. Coordinating reservation of GO breakout area.
- Conference request: Log Board has been approved to proceed as planned (via DMCS).
- Guest rooms reserved Del Mar Beach Resort – 12 villas (including 2 VIP villas) South Mesa Lodge – 25 suites (including 5 deluxe suites)
