Entry fee is $3.50 per animal per show. Fur entries are $1.50 per animal per show. E-mail CHANGES ONLY will be allowed through Wednesday October 30, 2013 –Anything entered after this date will be charged day-of-show @ $6.00 per animal. No exceptions! If you do not show after emailing your entry you are still responsible for fees.
Changes on the day of show in the same breed, sex and class will be charged $2.00 per change. Day of show entries will be charged $6.00 per animal per show entered. Day of Show entries, require an entry form to be filled out for each breed being shown per show. Remark cards will not be prepared in advance for Open or Youth Shows. If you would like remark cards you may get them from the Show Secretary so you can fill out the exhibitor section and hand them to the writer at the time of judging.

receive an award. Non-sanctioned breeds and breeds with less than 10 shown will receive a

NYR&CBA SHOW RULES
1. This is an official ARBA Show and will be governed by the latest rules of such.
2. All Open & Youth rabbits for all shows will be judged by private ear number.
3. All rabbits must be permanently & legibly tattooed in left ear. 4. All carrying cages must have leak proof bottoms. 5. Exhibitors will be responsible for carrying their own rabbits
to and from judging tables. To avoid delays the “2 call” rule will apply at the discretion of the judge. Youth must carry their own rabbits to and from judging tables.
6. NYR&CBA reserves the right to substitute judges. 7. Sick animals will be removed from the showroom and entries
will be forfeited. 8. Anyone causing a disturbance or trying to intimidate a judge
will be asked to leave and their entry fee will be forfeited. 9. All returned checks will be charged a $20.00 fee the first and
second time they are deposited. 10. All children must be supervised at all times. 11. No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the showroom. 12. Ribbons will be given through 3rd Place. All trophies,
paybacks, etc. must be picked up at the Secretary’s table. None will be mailed.
13. NO DOGS, CATS, etc. will be allowed in the showroom. 14. There must be 10 or more shown in a sanctioned breed before a
trophy or payback will be given and for a breed to be sanctioned at the 2014 show.
15. Remark cards WILL NOT be prepared in advance for Open, Youth or Specialty Shows. Remark cards will be available at the Show Secretary’s Table. You must fill out your own remark card and present it to the writer at the time of judging. It is the writer’s responsibility to complete your card if requested.
