Sustainable  Hea-ng  (Pty)  Ltd,  based  in  Cape  Town  founded  by  Paul  Gorremans,  a  business  man  originally  from  Belgium.    Paul  Gorremans  is  an  engineer  with  broad  exper.se  in  the  building  and  hea.ng  industry  and  is  the  Chief  Execu.ve  Officer  of  Sustainable  Holdings  and  Sustainable  Hea.ng.        Bruno  Migliorini  is  a  project  manager  passionate  about  technological  innova.ons  posi.vely  impac.ng  our  environment.  He  acts  within  Sustainable  Hea.ng  as  commercial  and  managerial  support.          Anton  de  Leeuw  is  a  former  opera.ons  manager  of  Sasko.  He  was  the  first  person  to  trust  Sustainable  Hea.ng,  its  business  model  and  its  technology  in  South  Africa.  Today,  Anton  helps  us  spreading  our  product  in  the  country  as  a  sales  rep.

Binder  has  installed  3500  boilers  in  35  countries  worldwide  and  is  one  of  the  Top-­‐5  Producers  of  biomass  boilers  worldwide.  The  product  range  from  50  kW  up  to  20.000  kW  peak  power    Mavera  has  installed  over  5000  boilers  world  wide  and  is  also  one  of  the  Top  5  producers  of  biomass  boiler  in  the  world.  The  product  range  from  110  kW  to  13.000  kW  peak  power.    Mavera  belongs  to  the  Viessmann  group  since  2006  and  Viessmann  got  16  produc.on  facili.es  and  employ  35.000  people.      

Binder,  Mavera  and  Cob  boilers  are  renowned  for  their  quality,  reliability  and  efficiency.    The  systems  are  fully  automated,  including  automa-c  wood-­‐chip  feed-­‐in,  remote  control,  and  ash  disposal  to  a  dedicated  bin.  

Sustainable  Holdings  holds  the  Exclusive  Dealerships  for  the  Sub-­‐Sahara  of  the  following  top  brands:  •  Binder  Boilers  from  Austria  •  Cop  and  Mavera  Boilers  from  Germany  (Viessmann  

Group).  •  Schmidt  in  Switzerland  and  KARA  in  the  Netherland  •  Mul.heat,  heat  exchangers  from  Netherland.

The Contract

•  Save  money:    Switch  to  Sustainable  Hea.ng  contract  heat  and  you  can  immediately  reduce  your  heat  bill  by  10  to  30  %  compared  to  fossil  fuels  such  as  hea.ng  oil  or  propane  without  any  upfront  investment.

•  Sustainable  Hea.ng  will  set  up  a  back-­‐up  system  for  clients  with  a  mobile  boiler.  

•  The  mobile  boiler  unit  comes  complete  with  it’s  own  water  feed  tanks  and  on-­‐board  oil  tanks,  and  is  wired  and  fused  for  turnkey  start-­‐up.
