INFOClean City Planning Concept for a new 90 sq

km city to be built around a German automobile factory. Including all commercial, residential, cultural, and leisure infrastructure

to support the new city, as well as a special area for European executives and workers.!The new city will reduce CO2 emissions of

the former heavy industrial site, and provide eco green areas to filter heavy pollution from

the north before reaching the city. Green building architecture and open green

corridors improve the quality of life and link directly to the river park to the south.!

The Clean City Guidelines Manual, published with the client, will set a framework

for any new building, infrastructure, and factories in the area.!
