YOUR GUIDE TO CLICKTIX MOBILE AND DIGITAL SEASON TICKETS

We’re always looking for ways to improve your game-day experience. In the past, you’ve received traditional booklets of tick-ets in the mail which were used to enter the United Center for Bulls games.

Beginning with the coming season, tradi-tional tickets will no longer be printed and mailed, and we’re excited to introduce free, all-digital and convenient access to your season tickets through ClickTix Mobile and Bulls.com/ClickTix. Digital ticketing will al-low you to enjoy many benefits including:

1. Convenient online ticket management to print, forward and sell your tickets.

2. Improved control and distribution when sharing tickets.

3. Reduced risk of lost, stolen or forgotten tickets.

4. Quick and easy mobile entry into the United Center using a smart phone.

5. With the reduction of paper, greater environmental friendliness.

6. Coming soon, a Rewards Program based on your attendance and in-arena purchases.

ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT: BULLS APP

STEP 1:

Download the Official Bulls Mobile App, which is avail-able on the App Store for iPhone or the Play Store for any Android device.

STEP 2:

Locate the dropdown menu (button on the top left of the screen). Select “Tickets.”

STEP 3:

Select ClickTix.

STEP 4:

Log-in to ClickTix using your Account ID (or email address) and password, and then start managing your season tickets.

ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT: COMPUTER

Bulls.com/ClickTixFrom any smart phone or computer, go directly to Bulls.com/ClickTix. From there, simply log-in using your Account ID (or email address) and password, and then start managing your season tickets.

ENTERING THE UNITED CENTER: MOBILE PHONEOn game night your smart phone can be your ticket into the United Center. Prior to arriving at the game, on the Bulls Mobile App, log-in to ClickTix or go online to Bulls.com/ClickTix and:

STEP 1:

Select your game.

STEP 3:Tap your ticket(s). Then scroll down and tap “View Your Tickets.”

STEP 2:Tap the arrow next to “select an action.” Choose “View Your Tickets” from the menu.

ENTERING THE UNITED CENTER: MOBILE PHONE

STEP 4:Present your smart phone to the Guest Service Representative and have the bar code scanned. If you have guests and have placed multiple tickets on your smart phone, simply swipe to navigate between them.

STEP 5:After the bar codes are scanned, you will receive a seat locator stub for each scanned ticket to help you and arena staff locate your seats.

ENTERING THE UNITED CENTER: PRINT AT HOMEIf smart phone entry is not an option, you can also print your tickets in advance directly from ClickTix to any printer. However, please note that printers will not be available at the United Center’s gates.

STEP 1:Once logged into your account, click the “manage my tickets” button on the right.

STEP 2:Select the appropriate game and click “manage this event.”

STEP 3:Click the “Print-at-Home” button.

STEP 4:Select the seats you wish to print, then click the red “print” button in the upper right corner. To print tickets for additional games, click on “manage more tickets.”

FORWARDING YOUR TICKETS BY EMAILYou can send your season tickets and parking pass (if applicable) to anyone via email. Simply log into your ClickTix account and follow these steps:

STEP 1:Once logged into your account, click the “manage my tickets” button on the right.

STEP 2:Select the appropriate game and click “manage this event.”

FORWARDING YOUR TICKETS BY EMAIL

STEP 3:Click the “Transfer tickets” button and select the seats you wish to forward. Then click the red “transfer” button in the upper right corner.

STEP 4:Enter the forwarding email address and click the “add” button. Information you enter here will be saved for future use.

STEP 5:Select your recipient, and if you want, add a message.

STEP 6:Check the box agreeing to the terms of use and click “complete transfer.”

Note: You can cancel any transfer of tickets provided it is done before your recipient accepts the tickets you sent.

STEP 7:The recipient can then print the newly generated tickets from any printer or add them to an account for mobile use.

Multiple games can be forwarded in the same manner, either one game at a time or in bulk to the same email address.

PARKING PASSES

COMING SOON... A REWARDS PROGRAM!

STEP 1:Once logged into your account, after selecting the appropriate game, click the “Sell Tickets” button. Select the seats to sell and click the red “post for sale” button in the upper right corner.

STEP 2:You’ll be redirected to NBATickets.com, the only official and secure place to resell your tickets.

If a parking pass is included with your season ticket package, or if you have purchased season parking separately, simply access the pass from your season ticket account and:

1. Present your smart phone to the Parking Attendant to have the bar code scanned for entry.

2. Print your parking pass directly from ClickTix and present it to the Parking Attendant.

3. Email your parking pass to a guest.

With the introduction of digital ticketing, soon we’ll be sharing information about a Season Ticket Holder Rewards Program. Based on admission to games and purchases you make at concession stands and retail locations, you’ll have the chance to win exclusive prizes and special VIP experiences throughout the season.
