SCHOOL LEADERSHIP TEAM• SLT is responsible for Comprehensive Education Plan (CEP) which is
aligned with our school based budget.
• Our CEP outlines goals and or milestones that we need the appropriate funding in order to achieve.
• We have assigned a sub-committee to the SLT to do a gap-analysis of where our budget falls short in supporting our school achieving its goals. We intend to invite a representative of the DOE finance division to our December SLT meeting so that we may present our gap analysis.
