2014 ALL-STAR SUMMER CLASSIC TOURNAMENT ENTRY FORM Entry Rules for the 2014 All‐Star Summer Classic Tournament 

Early Bird special ends May 9th.  All entries postmarked after May 9th will be charged the full registration amount of $450.  Spots are filled on a first come first served basis, based upon postmark date. All team entry checks must be mailed in to the address below. Once each division is full, entry checks for remaining teams will be mailed back. Teams will be notified once their spot has been confirmed by email or by phone. Rules and game schedule for the tournament will be available on the 

WGGSL website by June 15, 2014, or sooner.
