Brownsburg Parks reserves the right to cancel, combine, or divide classes; to change time, date, or location; to change instructor’s assignments; and to make any changes that may be necessary from time to time in its sole discretion.

Brownsburg Parks will issue a full refund if it cancels a program prior to the start of the program, or a prorated refund if the department cancels a program after the start of the program. Applicable to all programs not listed in Special Programs.

Pricing PolicyBrownsburg Park Board has established cost recovery goals through the strategic business plan that staff are responsible for implementing. Brownsburg Parks’ programs are priced at the market value. Brownsburg residents receive a discounted rate for most programs since they contribute to the overall maintenance and operations of the park system through property tax. Those who live outside of the corporate Town limits pay the regular fee.

A four acre neighborhood park with one picnic shelter and a playground structure. This park is in close proximity to Williams Park.

Arbuckle Acres Park is the oldest park in Brownsburg. It boasts beautiful mature shade trees on its 68 acres. Amenities include a baseball complex, lighted basketball and tennis courts, 1.3 miles of trails, seven shelters, and a playground shielded with a canopy of trees.

Williams Parks’ 77 acres is home to Blast-Off Playground, a spaceship-themed wooden play structure. Maple Ridge Trail is a .79-mile crushed stone nature trail in the wooded area along White Lick Creek. Other amenities include six shelters, a second playground, basketball courts, and a paved .78-mile oval track.

This property, while undeveloped now, is set to become the next community park in Brownsburg. Features will include parking and a trailhead to the B&O Trail just south of the property as well as multiple other recreational opportunities.

Cardio ClassicJoin us for a lower impact aerobics class held in Noll Hall. Tone your body, strengthen your muscles, heart and improve your flexibility while enjoying some of the great classic “oldies” tunes during this 45 minute class. The first 30 minutes will consist of moves to increase your heart rate and get your blood flowing; last 15 minutes will be for toning and stretching. Mats are required for the floor work segment of this activity. All ages welcome.

Morning StretchStretch with us! Research shows that stretching is important for our bodies. In Morning Stretch you will enjoy soft, gentle music to help you relax, a slow warm up with range of motion movement to increase flexibility of the muscles and joints then followed by a complete routine of stretching exercises for all areas of the body...head to toe. All you need is a mat and the willingness to relax and let go. This class is recommended for anyone. Mats are needed for the floor work portion of the class. Youth will learn a variety of beginning soccer and agility skills through fun and engaging activities. What you can expect from Brownsburg Parks in your child’s school. There’s a whole lot more going on that we can’t squeeze on the page! For all

program information, please see our online calendar located under “Quick Links” and Library Programs. Fall Family Fun Fest (October) (Please see our website for date and time information coming soon) Join us for some fall family fun. We’ll have games, popcorn, face painting, a photo booth, and a short “fall” movie. You can bring your own pumpkin to paint and listen to stories. Please bring a non-perishable food item to donate to our local food pantry. This program is open to all ages and registration is not required.

Polar Express at the Library (December) (Please see our website for date and time information coming soon) Drop in to the library with your whole family to celebrate the magic of the Polar Express! We will have games, snacks, crafts, stories, face painting, photo ops, and will show a short excerpt from the Polar Express film. Please bring a non-perishable food item to donate to our local food pantry. This event is free and open to the whole family, and no registration is required.

Ugly Sweater Party & Craft Night Tuesday, December 2, 5:30 PM Put on your ugliest or tackiest sweater or holiday garb and join us as we decorate (and eat!) cookies, play games, and make ornaments. Registration is not required, but appreciated. Open to teens ages 11 - 19.
