COACHES IN THE FIELD - COACH EDUCATION PROGRAM INFORMATION AND REGISTRATION FORM

The Coaches in the Field program is a series of coach education workshops designed specifically for the Community Coach. The purpose of Netball WA Coaches’ in the Field program is to support the existing coach accreditation framework by delivering three hour educational workshops designed for coaches at the community level, as well as workshops that are aimed specifically at Development or higher Level accredited coaches.

The Coaches in the Field program is available to Netball WA affiliated coaches. Netball WA is committed to ensuring all coaches are covered by insurance when participating in Netball WA sanctioned courses, workshops and events.

The Coaches in the Field Program for 2014 is focusing on Footwork and Ballskills, Shooting, Centre Court and Circle Defence skills. Workshop A Specialist Shooting 1.5 hours 3 hours Specialist Centre Court 1.5 hours

Workshop B Footwork and Ballskills 1.5 hours 3 hours Specialist Circle Defence 1.5 hours

REGISTRATION FEE: $35 per workshop

OR discounted price of $60 for both (GST inclusive)

Coaches may attend any workshop at any venue on date convenient to them. Please ensure you complete registration section for the workshops and venue that you wish to attend. The content of the workshops will be the same at each venue.

Payments, Refund & Transfer Policy Payment must accompany registration. Please note Netball WA will be enforcing Netball Australia National Policy and Assessment Guidelines in relation to refunds of course enrolment fees, as follows:

• Notification of withdrawal in writing up to 30 days prior to commencement of the course – Full refund. • Notification of withdrawal in writing up to 14 days prior to commencement of the course – 50% refund. • Notification of withdrawal in writing less than 14 days prior to commencement of the course – No refund. In the event of a participant wishing to transfer to another course, a 30% admin fee will apply. Netball WA Coach Development Officer must approve all transfers and formal enrolment must be completed for the preferred course. Please note that transfers will only be approved if requested prior to the course date, and only transfers in to a course in the same calendar year will be processed.
