-Eileen Doyle Crane, J.D., University Prelaw Advisor, received an ELLA Grant to take two UVU students to Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, and Nebraska, to visit 8 Midwest law schools and attend the 11th Annual JRCLS Conference at the University of Missouri, Kansas City, School of Law-Audrey’Ana and David Nau met with deans, went on school tours, and compiled data from each school-They networked with current law students and attorneys from around the U.S. and world-The Nau’s attended several conference presentations, including those that addressed the various kinds of law practice that are available to graduates of law school which were provided by various lawyers and professors.

-92 % of 2013 graduates were employed-WashU Law is the oldest private law school west of the Mississippi

-The Annual JRCLS Conference was held here and for good reason; it was a great venue-UMKC believes law school is about more than just attending class.
