Objective• Find the most practical and beneficial education ideas that can be

applied and implemented by MWV

Results• Determined 3 main solutions from a total of 33 submitted ideas

Solution• Take most unique by the team and score them using a matrix

derived from the conclusions drawn from the interviewees.

Idea MatrixThere were 33 ideas submitted during the Education Challenge, (19

of which we deemed unique). Criteria used to evaluate ideas:● Effort● Cost● Effectiveness

Lotus Notes Migration

Objective• Migrate existing Lotus note Applications to alternative solutions to

decommission Lotus Notes databases

Results• Fall 2014 - 225 databases• Summer 2015 - Under 180 databases with over 20 databases

currently in progress

Solution• Using appscript to export to Google sites for internal migration and

an Outside Vendor for complex migrations
