General Fund spending

• FY 15 $21.1B ($ 20.6B in FY 14)

• FY 09 $21.4B ($ 19B in FY 10)

IT spending

• (ITS) IT Internal Service Fund—cap up to $195M

IT Fund ($6M in FY 14 to $7.1M in FY 15)

IT Reserve Fund--$20M in FY 15

• Agency IT (non-ITS) funding= $1.35B in FY 13

2) Tax changes continue

2013

• Corporate and individual rates cut

• Some broadening of sales tax to services

• R&D tax credit—extended to end of 2015

2014

• QBV—repealed effective January 1, 2014

• Film credit replaced by grants

• Local privilege taxes repealed in July 2015 but…
