Screenprinting

The basic inkjet dye sublimation process uses a heat sensitive sublimation dye, dissolved in a liquid, to print graphics and text onto a special inkjet paper. This is called a dye sub-transfer. The dye sub-transfer and the garment are then placed into a heat press and the two are compressed together.

Cutting is the first step towards your completed garment. We have hundreds of rolls of fabric varying in colour and material mainly shipped from Montreal to suit your needs. Each step of the process is quality controlled to ensure customer satisfaction!

Our designers digitize your logo or artwork, allowing the embroidery machine to plan out the colours, thread count and order of stitches. Embroidery is a stylish embellish-ment to your apparel, adding depth and eye catching texture. With a talented embroidery department in house, we can help you realize your design faster than ever.

Heat Transfers utilize specially formulated materials, printed with a design and cut to shape, then pressed at very high temperatures onto the garment. Our complete design solutions allows us to design, print and press in house for rapid fabrication. The process provides a bright, crisp, colour true image.

Screening your logo or image on to a garment ensures a breathable, fl exible product. Your image is blocked out into colour segments, then applied in stages. Complexity increases with colours and the process is repeated until each layer is weaved into the fabric and your design comes to fruition.

Step 1: Choose your jersey style, position, and sizes - contact us. After selecting the jersey style from our catalogue or submitting a style of your own, be sure to contact us at sales@nine-o. This way we can touch base with you and continue the rest of your ordering process!

Step 2: Order clarification and confirmation - You can contact us through email at sales@nine-o. We’re available Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm. Our customer service department will confirm your order as well as discuss further details such as: quantities, specifi cs, and any other questions you may have. We’ll make this as smooth as possible!

Step 3: Deposit - After confirming your order with our customer service department, you will be required to submit a 50% deposit based on your estimated order total. Deposits can be made by Visa, Interac, Master Card, cash, cheque, or by money orders. Money orders should be mailed to: Niko Apparel Systems; 61 Hempstead Drive; Hamilton, Ontario; L8W 2Y6, Canada.

Step 4: Artwork Submission - Submit your artwork (logo, team name, etc.) to us. Art files must be sent in vector format (.ai or .eps) and all fonts much be converted to outlines. For proofing purposes, please include a .jpeg or any image file. If you are unable to provide artwork in the correct format, please forward a .jpeg to [email protected] and a quote for artwork will be sent for correct formatting. Our creative team is eager and very creative; we’re ready to get the job done.

Step 5: Approval - Now that the apparel design, colours, logo placement, artwork, and deposit have been dealt with, we’ll be able to move forward with your order. We’ll compile all the work into a mock and send it to you for approval. Once is has been approved (and only then) we will proceed with the order.

Step 6: Balance Due - Once the order has been completed, our customer service department will contact you to arrange payment for the outstanding balance.

Step 7: Shipment - We will then prepare your order for shipment. Your order will be shipped in a timely and efficient manner. Shipping terms are FOB Hamilton, Ontario.
