MISSIONThe Miner Athletic Club (MAC) serves as
the principle fundraising arm for the UTEP
Department of Athletics. The MAC’s Mission is
to provide a way for supporters to help talented
student-athletes receive a college education
while pursuing their goals both on and off the
field of competition. The primary goal is to
raise funds to offset the cost of student-athlete
scholarships and other high impact projects that
directly benefit our student-athletes.

seating sections which include a gift to the MAC.
Payment plans are available!
Season tickets purchased at the Bronze Reserved
pricing level and above for both football and
men’s basketball include a donation to the Miner
Athletic Club. Season ticket holders at these levels
are considered donors to the MAC as a portion of
that ticket price includes a donation.
Purchasing these season tickets is one of the
most impactful ways to make a difference in the
life of a student-athlete.
BASKETBALL SEASON TICKETSFor example, for Men’s Basketball, Donor
“Pete” wishes to purchase two basketball
season tickets in the Silver Reserved section.
His donation per ticket is $330, making him
a $660 donor to the Miner Athletic Club. Pete
will now enjoy great seats and MAC benefits for
his donation- all while helping support student-
athlete scholarships at UTEP.

CIRCLE OF CHAMPIONS
The Circle of Champions program allows supporters to contribute to UTEP Athletics at the highest level,
separate from donations associated with season tickets.
Circle of Champions’ donors have the opportunity to enjoy premium reserved parking and gameday hospitality
depending on the annual giving level. Annual gifts to the Circle of Champions are tax deductible as allowed by
the IRS.
All support for this program will be utilized for UTEP student-athlete scholarships and program support. Funds
will be designated to student-athlete scholarship and/or sport program based on the designation of each
Circle of Champions member.

Get the inside scoop on this year’s basketball
season from women’s head coach Keitha Adams
and men’s head coach Tim Floyd. This event
brings together coaches, student-athletes and
supporters in an event which includes lunch.

MEN’S BASKETBALL LKD PRE-GAME DINNERS
Enjoy four pre-game hospitality dinners during
the season. Each LKD Pregame Dinner begins
two hours before tip-off and includes great food,
game day break down by an assistant coach and
a cash bar.

$15 per person per pregame reception, or
buy the season pregame reception pass
(4 receptions) for $50 per person. Dates

ORANGE FEVER FIESTAAUGUST 23, 2014
Orange Fever Fiesta is the UTEP Department of
Athletics and Miner Athletic Club’s single largest
annual fundraising event. This annual event
brings together coaches, student-athletes and
supporters in an evening which includes dinner,
live and silent auctions, and entertainment.
This year’s event will take place Saturday,
August 23 at Grace Gardens. All proceeds
support student-athlete scholarships at UTEP.
