Ginger Muddler 3.9 Speciality
Light golden bitter. Aroma of hops and malt;
characteristics carried into flavour with solid bitterness
and dry, biscuity finish and hints of ginger
Pilsner 4.8 Pale
Full bodied European-style pilsner with Cascade hops,
known for their mellow bittering character, Finish is bitter
sweet.
Porter No. 2 4.9 Dark
A Dark oak beer with coffee, liquorice, vanilla and a
delicate tangerine aromas, a fruity well rounded taste and
finish.
Red IPA 4.5 Amber
Reddy Amber and bursting with fresh hop notes. Fuggle
and Goldings late hops underpin the string section whilst
dry hopping with American Summit and Crystal grabs the
limelight with arias of tangerine and pink grapefruit.
Resolute 3.8 Amber
An easy drinking session bitter. A malty aroma, leads into
an initially malty flavour with some bitterness and
sweetish finish.
Brightwell Gold 4.0 PaleMade with Maris Otter and Wheat, hops are Styrian
Goldings.
Power Station 4.2 Amber A copper-coloured, slightly malty bitter.
Arbor Kingswood, Bristol 2007 Greenhorn Rising 5.2 AmberLooks malty but the taste is dominated by the hops, of

CBOB - stout is packed with chocolate and roasted coffee
flavours, with a slight sherry like aroma. Further bittered
to balance the sweetness of the malts, the beer has a
unique hoppy aroma with orange, pine and resin flavours
noticeable.
Aureole 4.0 PaleLow strength golden ale, lots of citrus flavour from the
amount of Summit hops used.
On the Rails 3.8 DarkChocolatey mild with a notable hop character throughout,
bittersweet in the taste and aftertaste, with a dry finish.
Rhino Rye 5.0 Speciality
An American syle Rye ale, brewed with rye malts to give a
slightly spicy note plus clean bitterness from the Magnum
hops.
Atlas (Sinclair) Quoyloo, Orkney 2002/2010 3 Sisters 4.2 Amber
A classic Scottish 80/- style beer brewed using Chocolate
malt for a rich, Dark ruby colour and slightly toasty and
fruity flavour.

This unusual and distinctive beer has a sweet aroma of

American Summit and Cluster hops gently added late in
the boil, and a touch of roasted barley to give a copper

Ginger Doodle Stout 5.0 SpecialityA Dark stout with a subtle hint of ginger which rounds off
the bitterness
Twyford Tipple 3.7 AmberTawny coloured bitter which has a good balance of malt
and hops in the flavour and a citrus hop finish.
Vanilla Stout 5.0 Speciality CBOB - Dark stout infused with vanilla and Dark malts.
Blonde 4.2 Pale
An unhealthy amount of New Zealand and American hops
take this beyond the usual. Light and fruity but still with
plenty of body.
Naughty Pilchard 4.0 AmberBrewed with a mix of four different malts and plenty of
late New world hops - this is no ordinary sardine.
White Cross IPA 5.7 Pale New hoppy, American-style IPA.
Aussie IPA 5.2 Pale
New Australian hop varieties, Galaxy and Stella, are
combined in this golden, 100% Maris Otter IPA to produce
strong bitterness coupled with a sweet aroma reminiscent
of apricots. Big fruit flavours lead to a strong warming
finish.

To Kotch: London slang; To chill out, relax, enjoy doing

let it sit on a bed of Amarillo for a week or two which
resulted in this little gem! Aromatic hoppy ale

CBOB - light Hoppy golden session ale, Falls Gold takes its
name from the waterfall on the Tillingbourne river near
Wotton.
Hop Troll IPA 4.8 Pale
A full on 7 Hop IPA style monster with a citrusy rich
sweetness followed by a powerful Hoppy bitterness - all
perfectly balanced and extremely drinkable.
The Source 3.3 PaleA Golden Light Beer infused with a combination of hops
giving it a refreshing floral taste.
Smuggler's Stout 5.2 Dark
A clean dry stout, the yeast attenuates dry while
character malts such as chocolate, crystal and roasted
barley add balance and body, the hops take a back seat to
let the Darker, roasted malts shine through.
Spratwaffler 3.7 Pale
Cuckoo brewed at Ripple Steam. A Pale beer with a touch
of character malt lending body to compliment the high
hop content. The hops used give the beer a pleasant
aroma of a tropical fruit salad with a twist of lemon,
passionfruit and grapefruit.
Dirty Stop Out 5.0 Dark
Smoked oat stout - complex, Dark, with hints of
smokiness and perfume aromas. A blend of 9 malts
matched up with a firmly hopped back bone.
Hank 4.0 Pale Light, hoppy one-off brew with floral, grassy notes.
The Full Nelson 4.8 PaleStrong grape flavours are complimented by the sweet
Munich malt makes this a crisp beer
