On 2013 December 18th, Federal Open Market Committee releases its statement and decide to reduce its $85 billion monthly pace of bond purchases. The committee currently says it will keep the rate low as long as unemployment is above 6.5 percent and inflation doesn’t exceed 2.5 percent. Futures prices predicted the Fed will raise rates no earlier than April 2015, giving the probability of an increase in that month about 54 percent, according to CME Group's Fed Watch. Owing to the quantitative easing may terminate, the 2014 REGS will refocus on the global real estate markets. Based on the global perspective, we celebrate the 2014 REGS Slogan: Exchange Information & Ideas, Capitalize on the Investment Opportunities. Hence, in this event, you should not be miss this wonderful opportunities to communicate with other people. Furthermore, since 2010, Asia markets have been faced the severe hosing policy including luxury tax and stamp duties; For example, United States and Japan also had implemented quantitative easing correspondingly; China has been confronted with the deficit spending, excess capacity, speculative purchasing of house; Europe debt crisis is still waiting for the economic recovery. All of the above, there are the general concern for this 2014 Real Estate Global Summit in Taipei. Exhibition Regulations Booth Cleaning

The organizer is responsible for daily cleaning of public areas and passageway only.

Exhibitors have to take care of the cleanliness of their own booths.

Security and Insurance

While every reasonable precaution is taken in regard to ground security, the organizer accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage which may befall the person or property of the exhibitor regardless of cause.

The organizer is not liable for any damage, loss, distress or harm caused to any person or to any person’s property on the exhibition ground regardless of cause.

Exhibit Limitations

Two exhibitor’s badges are allotted for each booth. These serve as entry passes to the Exhibition Hall and must be worn for entry into the showground.

Exhibitors’ booth partitions can be only erected to a height of 2.5m and the fascia board with company name cannot exceed to a height of 4m.

Exhibitors must remove all exhibits from the Exhibition Hall within the move-out period (12:00-16:00, Wednesday, April 30, 2014) stipulated by the Conference Secretariat. Exhibitors will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Exhibition Hall due to delayed removal.

4. Fascia Board

Please TYPE or PRINT in CAPITAL LETTERS to ensure that it matches the name you provide

in Sponsor & Exhibition Application Form.

The following is the correct name to appear on the fascia board of our stand:

Only company name is included in the standard booth equipment (maximum: 30

characters), and logos are not included.

Unless this form is returned 30 days prior to the opening date of the exhibition, the name

which is filled in Sponsor and Exhibitor Application Form will be used on the fascia. Any

changes to the company name on the fascia after this deadline will be charged additionally.

5. Payment Information

Regulations

(1) To safe-guard the rights and benefits of sponsors / exhibitors, Conference principles of

sponsorship management is according to the reply date of Sponsor and Exhibitor

Application Form and Sponsor rank, and the payment must be done by the

payment method.

(2) Upon confirmation of sponsorship, an invoice of total sponsorship will be issued from

2014 Real Estate Global Summit, which must be paid before February 20, 2014 to

ensure the priority of the sponsorship.

(3) Any payment made will not be refunded under any circumstances.

(4) Sponsorship are allocated on a Higher-level, Higher-priority and First-come,

First-served basis.

2014.

Exhibits brought in on a deposit or duty-paid basis must be handle by the exhibitor’s agent

or representative in Taiwan who will act as a consignee and who be responsible for any and

all custom duties.

Terms and Regulations

(1) When registered for 2014 Real Estate Global Summit, participants agree to follow all

existing regulations.

(2) Once submitted the application form is submitted and confirmed by the Conference

Secretariat, the contract will be established and come into effect.

(3) Violations of the regulations may result, in the exclusion of the transgressors upon

decision of the Conference Secretariat. No claims for damages will be accepted.
