Here’s What to do Next…

Make sure you read and understand the agreement. First off, you’re agreeing to have some outstanding images created unlike any of your friends. You are

also agreeing to Represent J. McBee Portrait Gallery and allow us to use your photos in our advertising

and marketing. In addition, you agree to tell your friends all about us and encourage them to hire us to

create their senior, family or children’s photographs.

In return you receive discounts and/or cash incentives. Your friends have to bring in one of your cards to

receive their gift and for you to receive credit. Make sure they do that or we cannot credit you with the

referral.

Fill out the “Friends” list Make us a list of 25 or more senior friends we can send information to. If they are going to a St. Joseph

public or private school, we already have their address and you don’t need to include it. You get a $25

credit on your account and we send them post cards, one will be of you individually and helps you make

your case to use our services.

Contact us Call us with any questions and/or just set a time to meet. Mail or bring the following items to our studio:

3. $150 Advance

Mini Session

Once we have those items we will set an appointment for your first Mini-Model Session. It is designed to

capture images that will be used on your hand out cards, Facebook site, website and post cards. We

won’t be doing a full session, just create some fun images to use for marketing. This session will be

taken in February through April and will last 1 hour or less. You will bring your second $150 advance at

that time.

Full Session

After your mini session we will schedule a time for your full indoor/outdoor photo session taken in May

or June. We have to complete your session during those months in order to use all of your images in our

marketing work. Your senior order can be taken from both sessions and the order must be placed within

2 weeks of the full session.

I will not use or represent any other photography studio (Exception, specific schools may require

your yearbook photo to be taken by the school contract photographer, if not us) for the school.

I agree to have a FREE Senior Mini Model Indoor Session taken before April 30, 2013

I agree to have a FREE Senior Model Indoor / Outdoor Session taken before June 30, 2013

I agree to place a minimum order of $450 for Senior Portraits within two weeks of receiving my

outdoor previews.

Any additional sessions or special locations will add to the minimum order to be placed and that

those amounts are due at the time of the session.

I understand that the Model Sessions are also my “Senior Portrait Session” and my personal

order will be from these two sessions.

I understand that my Senior Portrait Order must be placed within two weeks of my indoor /

outdoor session and that none of my benefits may be received until the order is placed.

In the event that I do not meet the previous deadlines or purchase requirements I agree to

return all images and pay full price for the services rendered including forfeiture of all non-

refundable advances and loss of all referral credits.

I understand that referral cards presented to the studio, after the Model order is placed still be

awarded to the model in the form of cash or products.

I understand that J. McBee Portrait Gallery has the right to use any of my photographs for

advertising and or display purposes.

Model rewards are:

1. $25 credit for turning in a list of 25 friends with name, street address and email address with

your signed Model Agreement.

2. $50 Gift Card toward the purchase of photos, to be used after your $450 minimum order

3. Receive $50 for every referred client who has a portrait session taken and orders portrait

photographs hereafter referred to as a “referral”.

4. 100 FREE model Business Cards to hand out.

5. Placement and designation as a 2014 Model on our website and Facebook sites.

6. A Model Profile on our website blog.

7. Referrals may be:

a. High School Seniors (with or without special offers)

b. Family Portraits

c. Children’s Portraits

d. Excludes low special price offers on Family / Children

e. Excludes special promotional offers for family and children

8. Rewards are accepted for senior, family or children’s photo sessions (excluding special low price

promotions).

9. Referrals may only turn in one referral card per person. We cannot make a referral select which

card to give us.

10. Referral cards are valid from June 1, 2013 through April 30, 2014.

11. Referral cards may be redeemed by Senior Models for cash or products through April 30, 2014.
