Firm ProfileOur principals, Giulio Zavolta and Danny Kaye, have over 28 years of combined experience with numerous commercial, institutional and residential construction for both ground-up and tenant improvements, as general contractor, designer and construction / project managers. From inception to conception, Totum can be part of the team. From planning, entitlements, EIR, site diligence facility assessment, through conceptual estimating, design, plan check and construction,Totum can provide and advise on the necessary services to move the team and project along cost effectively and sustainably.

Danny Kaye heads the construction management assignments while Giulio Zavolta heads the design & entitlement assignments. Our current commercial and residential client base includes university, private, not for profit, City, construction management, architecture and international investment firms. Both Danny and Giulio have been professionally recognized for management and design excellence respectively.

Totum means “whole” in Latin. Our firm was named as such as a result of our core belief that a truly successful project is one where many facets of any visionary endeavor are holistically balanced and in harmony with our planet.
