Your Recruiter Dashboard

Each school has one account. Your school can have as many Users/Recruiters accessing their own Recruiter Dashboard as you would like within your one school account. You can add and delete Users/Recruiters at any time. Each person you add will have their own User Name and Password. Log in at: http://educatorcareers.iss.edu/find-faculty

If you want to be certain that your HR Manager and/or your Administrative Assistant receives all email notifications from ISS, please add him/her as a ‘User’ on your Recruiter Dashboard … see “School/IRC Setup >>Manage Your Recruiters>>ADD RECRUITER.” That way they will be able to log into our system,

update vacancies, salary and benefits, register administrators for any of our recruiting events, and so on. If you are unsure how to add/delete Users/Recruiters, email dirofedstaffing@iss.edu for assistance.

Salaries & Benefits Updates

It is particularly important to ensure that your Salaries and Benefits is up-to-date. It is best to update this information by December 5. ISS Candidates usually look at this section first. You can update any of your information through your Recruiter Dashboard. See “School/IRC Setup >>ISS Forms to be Completed.”

School’s information in our system is ‘locked down’ shortly before the IRCs when we go to print school’s information to be distributed at our events. Your School Account - our system features a full profile of your school including your school logo, a short or long description and videos which all candidates can see. Add as much as you want to your school account to showcase your school. We can help you load videos or your school logo onto your ISS page.

International Recruitment Conferences – IRC/Job Fairs You may register for as many recruiting conferences, or iFairs as you wish through your Recruiter Dashboard – click “School/IRC Setup >>Conferences”. You will see all recruiters registered by your school. Before you can register your recruiter, he/she must be added as a Recruiter/User to your school’s account, if you have not already done so. As soon as you register a recruiter for an event, your school’s name will appear as attending the conference for all ISS candidates to see. Please keep in mind that Classic membership schools will be billed an additional $1,000 per event for up to two recruiters registered to attend an IRC. Registration for each iFair is FREE. Need to hire an administrator? Register through your Recruiter Dashboard for “ACL Day.” ACL Day is a separate on-line registration choice. You will see “ACL Day” on the conference registration pull-down menu. ACL Day includes administrators, counselors and librarians. Hotel Accommodation at IRC - each person can make their own hotel reservations at the special conference rate for the IRC they have registered for by using the links to hotel reservations on the Recruiter Dashboard under “School/IRC Setup >>IRC Hotel Information.” The hotel only holds a certain number of rooms at the special conference rate so be sure to book your accommodation early. IRC Schedule - the IRC Recruiter Schedule for each event is available as a Pdf under “School/IRC Setup >>Download Conference Materials.” Confirm You Are Registered - you can check if your school is registered at a later date by visiting www.iss.edu and then click on the applicable IRC at “2015-2016 EVENTS” pertaining to the IRC you have registered for. This will take you to the “Event Information” page where you will see the name of your school.

School Presentation at the IRC - half-hour school presentations at each of the events will be available for you to sign up for ahead of time. Once we see that you have registered on-line for a particular event, closer to the event we will contact you to confirm your school presentation. Post Your Job Vacancies

Post unlimited numbers of vacancies as often as you wish. It is easy to add, update, or delete a vacancy through your Recruiter Dashboard – see “How To” Pdfs under RESOURCES in your Recruiter portal. When entering a vacancy use as much of the space in each area that you can so candidates will see

what the job entails. Be as specific concerning minimum degree requirements, minimum number of years of experience, necessity for in-field certification, US citizenship, visa/age restrictions, and other qualifying data. School website links and e-mail contacts for employment inquiries are provided online for ISS candidates under your school’s profile.

Once you add a vacancy…

All candidates in that area will automatically receive an email about your job vacancy

They can view your school’s information through the ISS system. Be sure your school profile includes your logo and a brief description of your school.

When a Candidate expresses an interest in your school’s vacancy, you will automatically receive a ‘postcard’

Candidates who ‘express an interest’ in your vacancy will show up under “Applicants”

Please update your vacancies, or “Close” them when filled

Please notify ISS who you have hired and for which position at dirofedstaffing@iss.edu

Placement Fees There are no placement fees for Premium membership schools, however, Classic membership schools will be billed a $1,200 placement fee per candidate for all ISS hires.

Searching for Candidates in the System – 3 ways: Quick / ISS Best Match / Custom You can view all candidates using the three different Search capabilities. You have year-round access to our extensive candidate database through your Recruiter Dashboard including at-a-glance ISS-dossiers including confidential letters of recommendation, other letters of recommendation, personal resume, degree, certificate, personal statement, easy access to Skype, phone number, email address, interactive videos or presentations, photos, time zone information, and much more. You will be able to view a complete dossier as one document, which can be downloaded and printed.

Your Recruiter Dashboard contains a wealth of information as well as How To Pdfs under “RESOURCES” such as the ISS Directory, back issues of NewsLinks, Salaries & Benefits for all member schools, Recruiting Guidelines, FAQs, Candidate Evaluation Form, etc.

Advertise in NewsLinks – international schools newspaper

Our international printed and on-line newspaper – NewsLinks – connects teachers, administrators, librarians, and counselors to more than 650 schools worldwide, with over 30,000 subscribers. Hundreds of schools and educators subscribe to NewsLinks, and also large quantities of NewsLinks are taken and displayed at all ISS hiring events as well as at the regional administrators and teachers conferences around the world.
