We offer a range of fruits at different formats to meet our customer specifica-tions, all are processed in accordance to the seasons and market demand.

Typical uses for frozen fruits include uses, such as, Raw or cooked, plain, for decoration, desserts, iced desserts, verrines, tarts, jams, smoothies, milk-shakes, kitchen dish accompaniments, processed for the manufacture of ice-creams, sorbets, mousses, coulis, sauces, fruit pastes.

Freezing is the best and most effective method of pre-serving foods. Vitamins, minerals and fibers are naturally preserved in the frozen fruits or vegetables including original taste, flavor or color.
