The orientation of the Diamond Approach towards the body is significant. We consider the body as a direct

expression of the soul and our inquiry is very much connected to the body. When we explore something, we always want to know how that feels in our bodies as well as our feelings and our thoughts. When we discover our essential nature, we want to embody that presence as fully as possible. At the same time, our bodies contain

wisdom that may not be available to our heart and mind. We want to be able to benefit from this wisdom, by learning how to listen to, sense into our bodies and gain access to this deeper part of ourselves.

    Fri. Aug. 21, 7-10 pm, Sat. Aug. 22, 9:30 am - 5:00 pm, & Sun. Aug. 23, 9:30 am - 12:30 pm. Tuition: $250.

    The Awakening Body

    Vulnerability and Impressionability

Our personal and individual instrument for all experience, the human soul, is highly impressionable and vulnerable. Without these characteristics, there will be no conditioning and no habitual reactions to life situations, elements of repetitive experience many o fus try to escape by various means. Using our Diamond Approach method of Inquiry,

we find that understanding our habitual reactivity will tend to make it less dominant in shaping our life; but even better, truly understanding both our vulnerability and impressionability for what they truly are meant to do, will

tend to open us more and more to our actual nature. We will work this weekend on experiential grokking of both of these sides of human experience, the side of contraction and the side of more open humanness.

    Fri. Oct. 16, 7-10 pm, Sat. Oct. 17, 9:30 am - 5:00 pm, & Sun. Oct. 18, 9:30 am - 12:30 pm.

    Tuition: $250.
