HISTORYHISTORY

Mission: To perpetuate employee’s involvement and ownership in our corporate environment.

Goal: To display artwork created by our employee’s children and possibly use some of the artwork in our marketing.

Scope: Hold the first Children’s Artwork Contest in the Summer of 2014 and repeat each year.

Our CEO, Lixin Cheng, visited a customer’s headquarters in California and noticed that the artwork displayed throughout the facility was done by the employee’s children. He wanted that same sense of ownership and pride from the employees of ZTE (USA ) INC.
