HARVARD UNIVERSITY 20th ANNUAL POWWOW Sunday, May 3, 2015
Greetings!
It is our pleasure to invite you to Harvard University’s 20th Annual Powwow to be held on Sunday, May 3, 2015.
This event is free and open to not only the Harvard University community, but to the community at large. We have a group of students assembled to work on publicizing this event to maximize your exposure as vendors and are again collaborating with Harvard’s ‘Arts First’ Program. It attracts thousands of visitors from across the area and we are confident that the Powwow will again benefit greatly from this additional publicity. This year, we will be back on the Radcliffe Lawn, at the intersection of Brattle Street and Appian Way. Our vendor fee this year will be $60.00 and is non-negotiable. The fee includes a 10’ by 10’ outdoor space and covers the necessary vending license fee imposed by the City of Cambridge, which we will arrange for you in advance. For an additional $15, we will include a 6’ table and two folding chairs for a total fee of $75.00. If additional space is needed for your set up, you may purchase additional spaces. Personal checks and money orders are accepted.
We will notify you when we receive your application. Submitting an application does not mean confirmation. Registration, payment receipt, directions, vendor set-up instructions and parking information will be emailed when the Powwow committee makes final vendor decisions. We do try to limit the number of each type of vendor product at the Powwow, so we encourage you to send in your information early.
All applications must be received postmarked no later than April 17, 2015. No on-site registration is allowed.
Please send your completed application, along with payment to:
