• The manufacturer does not manufacture slides, diving boards or any other diving equipment. Any use of such equipment must be in strict compliance with the equipment manufacturer’s specifications, The Association of Pool and Spa Professionals’ (APSP) Standards, as well as local building codes and regulations.

• In some pictures, the safety line rope and floats, and safety signage have been removed from the pool for photographic purposes. The safety line should be permanently attached at all times. We also urge you to use handrails and grab rails in accordance with the APSP Standards.

• The manufacturer reserves the right to change colors and pattern selections. Consult your dealer for changes.

• Your dealer/builder/contractor is an independent business person and not an agent or employee of the manufacturer. We cannot and do not accept any responsibility for any representations, statements or contracts made, or any work or negligence by any dealer/builder/contractor.

• The reference to light, rich and deep blue tones is a generalization and not a guarantee of how a vinyl liner will accent the water color in your pool.

E X T E N D E D A S S U R A N C E W A R R A N T Y If within the first 3 years from the date of purchase a defect in workmanship has caused a seam seal to leak, Plastimayd will provide a replacement liner at no charge to the original purchaser/consumer. This 3 year extended warranty does not cover full dealer installation costs, liner removal or other related installation expenses.
