CEU CREDIT INFORMATION

LGA is requesting 1.4 (CEU) Continuing Education Unity (Equals 14 PDH credits) for Engineers toward their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program. An additional $20 fee per credit (Gas & Liquid) is required to receive a certificate of completion. LGA is

an approved CEU provider through LAPELS.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registrations received after July 6, 2015 will incur a $100 late registration fee. The full amount of the registration fee will be refunded until July 6, 2015. There will be no refunds after July 6, 2015.

EVALUATIONS

Conference attendees will be asked to complete evaluation forms throughout the conference. Your opinions are important to us and

help us improve the quality of our events.

GUEST REGISTRATION

Guest registration is available for $25 per person. The guest registration fee includes breakfast Tuesday through Friday, lunch Tuesday and Thursday and evening receptions Monday through Thursday. Guest registration does NOT include attendance to any of

the conference sessions or breakout sessions. An accompanying guest is defined as a spouse, family member or friend who is not in an industry-related occupation. Guest registration may not be used by a co-worker or an associate within the industry.

OPTIONAL TRACKS

Optional Tracks DO NOT correspond with the 191/192 & 195 Seminar content. Optional Tracks are included in the Pipeline Safety Conference registration fee. If you ONLY plan to attend the Optional
