SEARCHABLE RECORDS DATA BASE

Public invited to upload memories, stories, photos, videos and much more to enhance each record.

Dear Reader,Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, a non-profit, non- denominational garden cemetery on 150+ acres in Johnston, has launched a new website to electronically preserve the memories and histories of the individuals resting in its grounds.

The website, www.highlandmemorislparkcemetery.net, features a unique searchable history database. Visitors can search over 24,000 individual burial records available and share the memo-ries, stories, photos and videos shared by families and friends.

Submissions to each record can be made free of charge on the loved one’s ‘Burial Records’ page on the site. Information may be loaded in .jpg, You Tube link and word-style format including but not limited to: military awards, memories, funeral service details, obituary information, pictures and videos. Postings will take 72 hours because all submissions are reviewed in advance for approval by cemetery staff. Information posted can be printed and also shared via Facebook and Twitter.

The website also contains detailed information about the cem-etery, property, products and services available, memorial op-tions, pre-arrangement information, prices, flower regulations, summary of events and a contact page.
