Explanation of Enrollment Data
1. The Spring Final date is May 28, 2015. Data included in this report is information captured from the Banner
Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).
2. Percent Change in this report is the measure of change from Spring Final 2014 to Spring Final 2015 as a percentage. Caution: When considering % change, it is important to note that increases or decreases in categories with low numbers will result in a high percentage change.
3. Due to rounding, some graphs may not total 100%.
4. Urban Education students are included in Main Campus. 5. Colorado School of Public Health students are not included in this summary. 6. Students with unknown residency are counted as non-resident. 7. Funding Summary:
a. Headcount: Students counted in Extended Campus have only cash funded courses
b. Credit Hours: Main Campus and Extended Campus credit hours are determined by the accounting code assigned to the course.
8. Undergraduate definition of Part-Time and Full-Time students: a. Part‐Time: students enrolled for fewer than 12 credit hours b. Full‐Time: students enrolled for 12 or more credit hours
9. Graduate definition of Part-Time and Full-Time students: a. Part‐Time: students enrolled for fewer than 9 credit hours b. Full‐Time: students enrolled for 9 or more credit hours

15. Non-degree seeking graduate students are included in the Graduate School enrollment. 16. High School Undergraduates are enrolled students who are age 18 or younger and have not graduated high
school or earned a GED. 17. New First-time students exclude high school undergraduates, Study Abroad students and, zero credit hour
students. New First-Time students are those students who are enrolled in Fall as their first term. 18. New Transfer students are undergraduate students who are enrolled in Fall as their first term the
undergraduate level and have earned college credit(s) at another institution. 19. Freshmen are undergraduate students who have 0-29 credits; Sophomores have 30-59 credits; Juniors have 60-
89 credits, and Seniors have 90 or more credits until completion of a bachelor’s degree.
