• There is no magic way to sell popcorn.
• Our role is to make sure that you consider each of the
different methods & determine what works best for you.
If a Scout can see the possibility of filling up an order form
then they are on their way to a successful popcorn sale!
Take Order
Scouts use an order form
to go door-to-door or sell to family and friends.
• Scouts should wear their uniform when they sell door to door.
• Remember we are selling the scouting program and not just popcorn.
• Create a “Blitz Day” to have Dens sell as a
group activity
• Have parent(s) take an order form to work
REMEMBER!

Show & Sell
Make arrangements for Scouts to set up in front of stores to sell.
• Ask store manager for permission several weeks in advance
• Assign Scouts (2-3) and parents in two hour blocks
